I recently created 2 birthday cards using the Zazzle design tools. I needed something special on one of the cards and contacted the designer. She responded quickly and I got exactly what I wanted. And I received my order exactly as promised. I love working with Zazzle.

If I could give it no stars I would.

If I could give it no stars I would.. they missed parts of McDonald’s delivery then refunded £2.88 for a Philly cheese stack after splitting up the price evenly so now uber can shove their delivery service up their arse I won’t use these scumbags again

Outstanding customer service

Outstanding customer service. I'd ordered a couple of t-shirts for my son for Christmas but one didn't fit. The response to my request for an exchange was met very quickly and, although this particular t-shirt wasn't available in the style he wanted, I was sent a voucher to cover the cost of the original t-shirt - it had been discounted but I was sent the full price - and was told I didn't need to return the original. I would definitely recommend this company.

I am constantly having problems getting…

I am constantly having problems getting into my Hotmail cuz ofc the password has to be blocked meaning i had to reset my password. Oh wait i don't have access to the email. So i try to get into it through a different email and do that. After I did it all i get the email saying its verified put in my email and oh ofc, it says the session is expired. Like what the frick dude i did it 3 times as fast as i could and it still said session expired. Fix this bro I'm sick and tired of it

Negative Review Censorship Unwarranted

I submitted a review on a large company in which I said that they will not consider you for an initial interview even though you have submitted applications for multiple positions over the past several months that you were well qualified for. Glassdoor rejected my review because it didn't meet their Community Guidelines. I believe my comment was legit since it would be helpful for job applicants to know what the feedback level expectations are. Otherwise, Glassdoor is a nice tool for job searches.

Disappointing Restrictions That Get Worse.

The heart system makes it very difficult to progress if you are unsure of a word etc.. in addition to this the number of adverts you have to go through after each lesson really puts you off continuing - I get that it is just so they can advertise their PLUS system which costs way too much.

I had a quick 20 minute needs assessment conversations with a rep from Capterra and within 24 hours, had six LMS providers who fit our needs reached out to set up introduction calls and demos. Using Capterra saved me countless hours of web research and searches.

WARNING!!! If you’re a Canadian consumer, don’t EVER order from Bed Bath and Beyond. I repeat “do not order from this company.” I ordered three items and was charged in full but never received my items except a damaged one. After multiple calls, I finally received one out of the three items, which came damaged. I have since asked for a refund or replacement of this damaged item but there has been no response. The other two items I ordered are nowhere to be found. The tracking number shows no movement of the items. I have called multiple times and spoken with multiple agents (Steven, Tiya, Kathy, Renee) but all they keep doing is creating cases and implying they’re looking into it. However, nothing has come out of this. Thankfully, I alerted my bank and this scam is being taken care of.I read the online reviews just after placing my orders, otherwise I would never have made such a grave mistake of placing an order with this unethical company. Don’t make this same mistake. I called customer service today, Dec. 11 and was on hold for 3 hours 15 minutes after which the call was disconnected. Can you believe it??? Over 3 hours on hold, after which I was disconnected without speaking to anyone. Needless to say, I will not be wasting any more of my valuable time by reaching out to this company again. Neither will I make the mistake of placing an order with this company EVER again. I’m doing my due diligence by making sure others are alerted. Hence, this is a public alert so no one else makes the same mistake of ordering from this company.

Deliberately updated their printer…

Deliberately updated their printer drivers to block non-hp-branded ink. Avoid, wasteful and manipulative sales tactics designed to get as much money as possible from you with no care for environmental impact. They also told me my printer which is 5+ years old is too old to provide support for, ie trying to pressure me into buying a new printer. They also told me I just had to buy HP ink. You couldn’t pay me to use an HP product again.Plus, their customer service is awful and not even in full sentences.

I ordered two sets of Waterford crystal…

I ordered two sets of Waterford crystal toasting flutes for engagement presents. One flute in each set came completely shattered. There wasn't anyone to talk to and resolve this issue. No live agents online, no live agent on the phone. The return policy stated merchandise needed to be in good condition to send it back. I was stuck. So I opened a dispute with my American Express. Macy's won't get their money. It is no surprise this company is closing stores. They will go out of business. I am reordering from a different store.

I specifically selected 10 year fixed loan options on Bankrate.com. It seems your partners are not programmed to take the selection into account and automatically sent quotes for 30 year mortgages which is not what I am interested in.
