I purchased a Christmas gift from Etsy seller Pegai, messaged seller to confirm all items ordered were accurately received by seller and received confirmation all ordered items received. When I received my order it was missing items - contacted seller who replied that missing items were not included in original order. I sent messaging history of my conversation with seller and seller's confirmation that all items ordered were included in my original order. Now seller saying items missing from delivery weren't included in my original order. Had to re-order the missing items and pay another shipping fee as result of seller's inattention to detail and ended up having to send the gift to my sister via Priority Mail. My seller review acknowledged quality of item purchased and also imperfect seller customer service - my review wasn't posted by seller.
