After nearly a week dealing with other support personnel, John H. Was able to find the problem with my inbox. He was able to repair the files and folders as necessary. The 5 star rating is for John H, the overall experience was way too long and painful. I would give the full process a 1 star experience and very disappointing with days of the tech staff continually asking me to do the same things, and repeating the same questions.
Review of barnesandnoble
Easy to order. Got exactly what I ordered. My only concern was the box the 5 books were in wasn’t taped on either end. Just folded. Both ends were pushed in and it took nothing to open them. Anyone could have (and probably did) opened my package and taken what they wanted. Or the contents could have fallen out. The package should have been secured with tape! I’ve had 3 other packages delivered by the USPS that were either cut open or ripped open. This package would not have needed a cut nor a tear to get inside…
Review of adroll
The system is fairly easy but if you need their help on anything that's not vanilla you're in for a tough time. I contacted them and the answers back were useless - just designed to push the problem forward until the next day's support team check-in. I was in a loop for over 8 days until I raised a complaint. No one got back to me. I raised an official complaint two days ago and I have still had no response. In short, they're very efficient at taking your money, very bad at supplying the service you pay for.

I loved my experience. I loved the pricing. I loved the quality & turnaround time. I just wish I would have known the cards aren't actually pre-punched. That was a big bummer especially since I have a disability otherwise I would have given 5 stars! I will definitely order again.

Review of teachable
Teachable is impossible for students. I cannot find courses. The only help you get is to find the schools you are already enrolled in and are functioning correctly. Try to Google search for teachable... you can't get to you my courses page. All sites are for instructors to create classes. No help getting to classrooms or for navigating the site for students.
Review of studocu
I signed up for Studocu’s free trial and unfortunately forgot to cancel before it ended. The moment the trial expired, they charged me a full subscription fee without any reminder. When I reached out to request a refund, explaining it was an honest mistake, their customer support refused outright. Most reputable services offer at least a partial refund or some flexibility in such cases, but Studocu takes a hard stance on keeping your money—regardless of the circumstances. This feels like a deliberate tactic to trap users into unwanted subscriptions.Be very careful when signing up, as they won't help you if you make a mistake. I won’t be using Studocu again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.Update: After my initial review, Studocu responded and asked me to reach out to their support team. I have contacted them and am currently waiting for a resolution regarding my refund request. I will update this review once the situation is resolved.
Review of oculus
I have heard nothing more from you. UPS are unresponsive and I cannot use any more of my time to resolve a problem that I should not be using time on. In my opinion oculus should find another mail provider and send out the promised face covers instead of leaving it up to your customers. You have a great product and friendly customer service but I am still left without my product, probably a fine from ups and a very bad experience all around.
Review of crocs
Useless company. I ordered 3 pairs and clicked pay. But NO page comes up to say order confirmed. I presumed it was my cards not working properly.Apparently they don't do that and it takes 24 hours. I've now ordered. NINE FACKING PAIRS OF SHOES. FUQ YOU CROCS.

Review of ifttt
Feedback-- There's a lot of potential to create virtual doorbell buttons that drive Alexa smart home automations via outside weather events. Alexa doesn't support weather triggers which is a significant omission. My use case is primarily weather triggered events such as wind over a certain speed to retract an outdoor awning (bond hub controlling somfy awning) or weather below freezing to enable a smart plug for pipe heat tape on pipes subject to freezing in an attic. With the free account limit, I can't do both of these simple tasks using a single common applet Mkzense. This would require 3 triggers, one to close the awning, one to turn on the heat tape at 32f and one to turn off the heat tape at 34f. Can't be done with Ifttt free account even though it creates 3 virtual buttons when linked to Alexa.1) why have three virtual buttons by default in alexa when the effective limit is two triggers? with their nomenclature, any trigger you create becomes a new applet even if they share the same common applet. As soon as you enable/link Ifttt to alexa, it has you name 3 virtual buttons. This implies that the minimum account should support this, but that would assume a level of thinking that has left the building. Good luck using them as Mkzense now limits you to 2 virtual triggers. Very confusing and shows the roadmap to monetization hasn't involved much thought.2) Inability to delete applet triggers (Mkzense). As soon as you add 2, the service is grayed out. The only way to add new triggers is to "Archive" them. Even when you archive, sometimes it takes the website time to un-gray the applet. Is this intentional to strong arm subscriptions?3) Inability to edit trigger actions other than the name unless you create it from scratch or restore from archive. can't edit an active trigger in mkzense. the only edit field is for the title of the trigger. You have to archive the trigger, then once you reenable it suddenly there is a one-time ability to edit the action. you could get around this by creating a new trigger but you will be blocked from doing so because of the 2 applet limit. why so kludgy? very tedious4) mkzense wu underground defaults to some random address in california. i had a wind event triggering my awning at 5:21 am because there was wind at the developer's house lol. locally it was dead calm. location services are enabled on my device. of course, i couldn't edit the address field without first archiving, then re-enabling the trigger. every time i want to change mph, i have to archive and re-enable or archive and create a new trigger from scratch. if you make the mistake of publishing, you likely can't delete and then you are sol with the 2 applet limit. Hasty monetization without any consideration for who will actually use this.5) The 2 applet limit (free service) isn't just restrictive of applets but it also applies to triggers. You could have one applet (mkzense) but each trigger counts against the 2 limit. Since most automations have a separate trigger for 'on' and a separate trigger for 'off,' this is basically limited to one solitary device. It's not even enough access to validate its usefulness.
Review of yahoo
Unfortunately there wasn’t a no star option or I would have selected it. This was my 2nd recent experience with Yodel, and the both times they were equally bad, so I can honestly say they are very consistent, as in consistently bad!! Parcel due for delivery Wednesday, I opted for a pickup from store at 06:51, it stated to allow 24 hours for diverted parcels, which was fine. At 2pm I get an attempted delivery and to go to web chat. No one joined the web chat, so I had to wait until the following day. Apparently they have now manually updated the collection point address and it will be tomorrow. I am meant to get new tracking information, as of yet- 2 hours later, I haven’t.
Review of evernote
"Date of experience" ranges through more than 10 years of using the website Evernote Free. Admittedly, when you pay nothing for a service, you tend to appreciate whatever it is you receive. I considered subscribing but never did because the functionality was spotty from the get-go. One annoyance was Evernote's regular logging out of a user no matter if the user was very active in it. What possible purpose this constant logging out served was never explained as far as I know. Attempting to format a note was an exercise in frustration. The system has idiosyncrasies; I made suggestions with no results. And this was back when Evernote was far more streamlined than it became. During the past 10 years Evernote became increasingly bloated with things the average user has no need for, but cannot opt out of, and with each addition, loading and synching notes became slower. I suspect the biggest negative impact Evernote has experienced in the past decade, such as loss of revenue, is due to these bloatware bells and whistles. Evernote once had a very good companion extension that would copy an online article to a Note. Last year that feature went permanently kaput for me and according to Forums, for many others. And now, with only a few days notice, as of December 4, Evernote announces that free users will be limited to only one notebook and 50 notes. After users relied on the service for years and accumulated many notes during that time, we get only 4 days to figure out how what to do with the many notebooks and notes we have. This abrupt and drastic change is the icing on the cake. I have many different things occurring right now and the last thing I needed was one more issue to deal with.

Review of LinkedIn
Our recent experience with LinkedIn has been quite disappointing. Despite multiple attempts, their support team doesn’t answer calls, making it extremely difficult to resolve urgent issues. To make matters worse, we've had three different SPOCs (Single Points of Contact) assigned over the last three months, which has led to a lack of continuity and accountability. We’ve faced delays in responses, confusion around ongoing issues, and a general lack of ownership from their end. For a platform of LinkedIn’s scale and cost, this level of service is unacceptable—especially for businesses that rely on timely communication and support.
