Unfortunately there wasn’t a no star option or I would have selected it. This was my 2nd recent experience with Yodel, and the both times they were equally bad, so I can honestly say they are very consistent, as in consistently bad!! Parcel due for delivery Wednesday, I opted for a pickup from store at 06:51, it stated to allow 24 hours for diverted parcels, which was fine. At 2pm I get an attempted delivery and to go to web chat. No one joined the web chat, so I had to wait until the following day. Apparently they have now manually updated the collection point address and it will be tomorrow. I am meant to get new tracking information, as of yet- 2 hours later, I haven’t.
