I signed up for Studocu’s free trial and unfortunately forgot to cancel before it ended. The moment the trial expired, they charged me a full subscription fee without any reminder. When I reached out to request a refund, explaining it was an honest mistake, their customer support refused outright.Most reputable services offer at least a partial refund or some flexibility in such cases, but Studocu takes a hard stance on keeping your money—regardless of the circumstances. This feels like a deliberate tactic to trap users into unwanted subscriptions.Be very careful when signing up, as they won't help you if you make a mistake. I won’t be using Studocu again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.Update: After my initial review, Studocu responded and asked me to reach out to their support team. I have contacted them and am currently waiting for a resolution regarding my refund request. I will update this review once the situation is resolved.
