The system is fairly easy but if you need their help on anything that's not vanilla you're in for a tough time. I contacted them and the answers back were useless - just designed to push the problem forward until the next day's support team check-in. I was in a loop for over 8 days until I raised a complaint. No one got back to me. I raised an official complaint two days ago and I have still had no response. In short, they're very efficient at taking your money, very bad at supplying the service you pay for.
