After nearly a week dealing with other support personnel, John H. Was able to find the problem with my inbox. He was able to repair the files and folders as necessary. The 5 star rating is for John H, the overall experience was way too long and painful. I would give the full process a 1 star experience and very disappointing with days of the tech staff continually asking me to do the same things, and repeating the same questions.
