I have heard nothing more from you. UPS are unresponsive and I cannot use any more of my time to resolve a problem that I should not be using time on. In my opinion oculus should find another mail provider and send out the promised face covers instead of leaving it up to your customers. You have a great product and friendly customer service but I am still left without my product, probably a fine from ups and a very bad experience all around.
