I purchased the Feliway Classic 30 Day Starter Kit from Amazon UK on 25 May 2025, hoping it would help my cats feel calmer. Unfortunately, the product turned out to be completely faulty — it overheats as soon as it’s plugged in and releases a strong burning plastic smell, which made me worry about fire or chemical safety.When I tried to request a refund, Amazon not only delayed the process, but also asked me to submit a copy of my government ID, which I found excessive and intrusive, especially for a low-value item with a clear fault. This whole experience made me feel like I was being blamed or distrusted, even though the issue was entirely with the product. It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing to be treated this way as a loyal customer.I sincerely hope Amazon reviews its policies and stops putting up barriers for customers trying to resolve issues caused by unsafe or defective products.

They are trying to change an ancient name to a fake new name because of the money they get from fake people who have blood of many innocent women and children on their hands! I’m sure one day the name of aljazeera will change to alPERSIA.

The hotel made a mistake and promised to refund a partial fee. They proceeded to Agoda on the day, but I still haven't received any refund after 2 months. When I contacted the CS, they said they needed to check with the booking partner. It's the booking partner's decision to refund or not, but not the hotel. If the booking partner disagrees with it, I won't get any refund! In the beginning, they said they needed to receive an update for up to 72 hours for further action. But when I reminded them about this 72-hour promise at the end of our conversation, they skipped their promise and said they would notify me once they received a response. This means I have to prepare for a long wait and neverending back and forth. What an amazing company!I'm going to share this on social media and the press. I highly recommend you book the accommodation directly through the hotel website, even if the price may be a little bit higher.

AVOID AT ALL COST! Just received a low quality Chinese pruduct which came with missing pieces after 2 weeks.I am only able to message the seller, but they dont answer.Wish's automatic support states it has gone more than 30 days since i received The product, so it wont allow me to place a refund request.The only other available "contact" is via a shady american number. It will cost me more to make that phone call. So now im stuck with a crappy product and nowhere to turn to. This site is obviously sketchy, as soon as you will have any issue!

They're not the first - motor manufacturers used to do the same - but I'll not upgrade to the premium version so long as Spotify continue to penalise and exploit UK users like this. I can understand why the fee in Mexico is lower, I can't understand why I should be expected to pay 60% more than someone in Australia, and 25% more than someone in Spotify's native Sweden, where prices and salaries are typically a lot higher than in the UK. British consumers are being royally ripped off by Spotify. Netflix do a far better job of equalising their prices, adjusting its Basic UK subscription cost to just £5.99 a month versus $8.99 (£7.13) in the US. Spotify's unsophisticated and greedy fixation with '9.99'as a psychological level they believe the market will tolerate is just wrong. For £120 a year (£1,500 over ten years including interest) users could build up a sizeable music collection of their own. People should be warned, that once Spotify have you hooked you're dependent on them to access your collection FOREVER - regardless of how much their prices may go up by. If the sums involved were smaller change - like Netflix - I might not worry, but music is more personal than movies and the Spotify subscription rate in the UK is a RIP OFF.

This has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had.I ordered a wig from Lemoda Hair through TikTok Shop, and the product I received was a total scam — wrong lace, wrong color (bright orange instead of brown), shorter length, extremely thin, and definitely not human hair as advertised.When I left an honest review, the seller began harassing me — calling and messaging my phone over 30 times in a single day. They told me they would only accept my refund if I deleted the review. I removed it, returned the item, and then they still declined my refund request.TikTok Shop has been just as bad. For over two weeks, I’ve been trying to resolve this, and their “customer service” is just a loop of bots sending automated replies. There is no real human support, no accountability, and no protection for buyers. They allow fraudulent sellers like this to scam and harass customers with no consequences.TikTok Shop needs to take responsibility, stop enabling shady sellers, and provide real help to customers. I want my $95.88 refunded immediately, and I urge others to be cautious when shopping on this platform.

I live in a different state so I cannot go there in person. Please can anybody answer that phone please? Pretty soon will be closing hours which probably I will have to call again tomorrow. UGH!!!!
