This has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had.I ordered a wig from Lemoda Hair through TikTok Shop, and the product I received was a total scam — wrong lace, wrong color (bright orange instead of brown), shorter length, extremely thin, and definitely not human hair as advertised.When I left an honest review, the seller began harassing me — calling and messaging my phone over 30 times in a single day. They told me they would only accept my refund if I deleted the review. I removed it, returned the item, and then they still declined my refund request.TikTok Shop has been just as bad. For over two weeks, I’ve been trying to resolve this, and their “customer service” is just a loop of bots sending automated replies. There is no real human support, no accountability, and no protection for buyers. They allow fraudulent sellers like this to scam and harass customers with no consequences.TikTok Shop needs to take responsibility, stop enabling shady sellers, and provide real help to customers. I want my $95.88 refunded immediately, and I urge others to be cautious when shopping on this platform.
