The hotel made a mistake and promised to refund a partial fee. They proceeded to Agoda on the day, but I still haven't received any refund after 2 months. When I contacted the CS, they said they needed to check with the booking partner. It's the booking partner's decision to refund or not, but not the hotel. If the booking partner disagrees with it, I won't get any refund! In the beginning, they said they needed to receive an update for up to 72 hours for further action. But when I reminded them about this 72-hour promise at the end of our conversation, they skipped their promise and said they would notify me once they received a response. This means I have to prepare for a long wait and neverending back and forth. What an amazing company!I'm going to share this on social media and the press. I highly recommend you book the accommodation directly through the hotel website, even if the price may be a little bit higher.
