Ordered a mic that said it was “In Stock” in the store with no “Available in ___ days” anywhere so I figured it was in stock and could pick up same day. Website lied, says in stock but needed to be shipped in. Apparently this is a problem with guitar center. Nothing against the workers, everything against the website.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The worse company and I been with them for years. They charged me for two accounts when I upgraded from uverse to internet air. When caught it, they know the amount they owe, have case numbers, spoke to 6 reps, and still have not been refunded.

I’ve had a subscription for almost 6 months. I think the investment advice is sound, although it’s a bit early to say for sure. BUT the support is horrendous. I’ve been trying to get them to fix an access issue for 11 days. I’ve requested the issue be escalated twice and no response. I do not intend to renew my subscription.

Bought a product online and it was charged for shipping. On the day that the product was supposed to be delivered I get a message saying that the address was incorrect, which does not make sense because I've had things delivered at the same address I provided. Tried to contacted the logistics company and was told to contact El Corte Ingles. I did contacted El corte Ingles to change my address. They told me that the address was updated. A week later I had no updates of my order whatsoever, therefore I emailed them again saying that I wanted a refund and they could keep the product. Long story short, it has been over 2 weeks and I have not received a refund nor the product.

British citizen living in the US and BBC was my go to, but they have completely loss their way. Come across as propaganda arm of the government. Not asking the right questions, the difficult questions, not facilitating debate between differing opinions. I would go so far as to say censoring dissenting voices - those that go against the mainstream narrative. They also have a conflict of interests when you look at the ad spend by the government - this should be disclosed. BBC at the center of the fear and propaganda campaign of the government re Covid. I no longer trust or respect the BBC and actively seek out alternative sources for independent news.

He did not, and would not, give up or stop until everything was solved. This is the kind of customer service AWeber should strive to deliver always.

I was cancelled on 2 dire requests.. One I slid off the road not far from home and within 10 minutes of calling I was cancelled. I had another incident where my car was almost totaled and had no one to pick my car up for 12 hours. They offered me some off a renewal but NEVER made me feel like they care.

Venmo says one item or another of any of my cards is invalid. Zip code, number, you name it. I double check and everything is typed correctly and it still finds problems. And you can bet I'm NOT giving my direct bank info to a company like this. Some may find it convenient, but it's not convenient if you can't actually enter info. And I'm not going to call my bank and customer service just to create an account when there are better alternatives.

This was the worst experience I have every received, I order online delivery they cancel my order without even informing me. they charge my credit card for the full amount, but I never received my items, they told me it will be 24-48 hour before I can receive my money back, it didn't take you 24-48 hour to take my money. I was told that they didn't suppose to take my money until I received my items not true, 3 days later and i'm still trying to get my money back, it I would have known that they delivery service was with a third party company I wouldn't have never order a delivery order, I was not told that no one is answering all the telephone number that Kroger's have given me, when I talk to the manager Chris his responds is that they have nothing to do with me getting mu refund. the company works for Kroger's. If I don't get my refund within 24 hours I'm going to the news station with this, cause it is wrong,

After THREE HP 3700 All-in-One printers failed, last two defective right from the box, I was told customer service would contact me with a solution I'd be "happy" with. Their solution was to send me a fourth. Unbelievable!I will never buy another product from HP. With their stature I expected nothing less than an upgrade with compensation for all the ink I've bought and wasted, never mind the 1.47 hrs. spent on the last call.

Coinbase promises an initiative to spin a wheel to get up to $200 once you create an account, verify, and buy your first crypto. However, they will then remove that option and not give you anything. They lie to get more customers under false pretenses. Stay away from this scam. When i called them, and started an online support chat, I was on hold for 4 hours and still no response. Their customer support is not real, they will not assist in any way. Highly disappointed in Coinbase.

I made an account 10 days ago and I transferred money to it right after. My money still not appearing and they are impossible to get in touch with. I have tried multiple times by email and multiple time by chat. Stay away guys! This is ridiculous!
