Best Couples Massage

My husband and I had such a great experience with Elite Massage. It has been by far the best massage we have had. They were very attentive and kept inquiring if pressure was okay. Overall, would 100% recommend.

Grievance with #Expedia Teams

My experience with #Expedia Teams, including but not limited to Customer Care, Grievance Handling & Resolutions:I booked hotel in multiple European countries through Expedia, Dubai. I received no communication from Expedia regarding self check-in at my first stay at Budget Flats Brussels. Even after multiple requests to share proof of this communication with me, I received noneI had made full payment towards my stay there, well in advance. Making a full payment means that the customer is definitely going to be staying there. An Expedia agent said I didn't follow-up on my fully paid booking. This is ridiculous (refer to point 3)6. I and my travel partner reached Budget Flats Brussels at 7 PM. There was noone there. We called numbers stuck at the reception desk for almost three hours. No answer7. We got on online chat with #Expedia, where first, agent Sarthak, then, agent Sneha from #Resolutions team took 2 hours, without a solution 8. I and my travel partner are travelling alone, and it was our first time in Brussels. It was late at night; we do not speak French, and were helpless in a foreign land10. My travel partner is a cancer patient; she started throwing up due to exhaustion11. #Expedia's treatment of us has been disappointing. Even after many calls (for which my travel partner is paying because of international roaming charges), and even after speaking to many #Expedia representatives, we still do not have a resolution12. An #Expedia representative told me that calls to Budget Flats Brussels are going un answered - proof of incompetence of Budget Flats Brussels, which comes under #Expedia window13. In the middle of the night I had to book another hotel, travel there along with my cancer-patient travel partner who was throwing up due to mental as well as physical trauma and stress 14. I had to pay the new hotel too which was an additional cost.15. An #Expedia agent told me I didn't have to pay Pullman as "the stay had been arranged by Expedia" - this is incorrect. I have shared proof of payment to Pullman Brussels, with #Expedia. 16. If I was not supposed to pay, why was this not communicated to me and to Pullman Brussels??17. #Expedia has called on my travel partner's number which is on international roaming. All calls have lasted between 45 minutes to three hours. No resolution. Calls have come, not taking local time in consideration19. #Expedia team members are unaware of what the earlier person has said; we have been repeating the same story, to multiple people20. #Agoda, #TripAdvisor, #Trivago, etc., please take noteWe were homeless in Brussels which is unsafe, made to run around at midnight, had to pay twice for our stay in Brussels and have paid big money for incoming international calls. Repeating - two single ladies, one being a cancer patient and unwell due to the incompetence of #Expedia. I want complete refund of the full payment I have made to #Expedia for the stay in #BudgetFlatsBrussels

Deliberately difficult cancellation process

As others have said, the process of cancelling a subscription seems to have been made deliberately difficult in order to continue to take money from people not using the service, as happened to me. Cancellation has to be done by phone and it is extremely difficult to get through. This should be a function on the website as with other companies! Gutted to have wasted money for a service I wasn’t using due to these issues - I would caution others against signing up because of this.

Tax considerations for global customers operating locally in their own countries

As a US based company offering an online platform to companies based in other parts of the world, there needs to be more consideration given to the needs of paying customers based in other countries. For example, I am a very small, one person company based in Auckland, New Zealand, offering online courses to teachers I mentor in person who are also based in New Zealand. I am a registered business in New Zealand and I pay tax according to NZ laws. I am not subject to US tax laws, I have no desire to sell my services in the US, so why must I be harassed into completing US tax forms and paying US tax? I already pay tax in New Zealand! Why should I be subjected to paying tax in two countries especially when I am not domiciled in two countries and I am not doing business in two countries. I already pay a subscription to Teachable for the use of their online platform. I have had other issues related to this, around the payment gateway. I don't want my teacher clients to have to pay for my courses in US dollars but this has occurred recently as I was not made aware that my Stripe payment gateway option was removed when I transferred from the Pro plan to the Basic plan. Not happy with Teachable at the moment.

Review of scribd

Found scribd when doing a google search…

Found scribd when doing a google search for a subaru service manual. They said I could get if I signed up for a free trial. I did so and they only provided a few pages of the manual. They sent an email stating that my free trial would end soon so I went to their webite prior to the end date and followed the cancelation procedure. They have charged my paypal account $11.99. Paypal has asked me to supply information that I don't have access to so I can get a refund. Paypal slso provided a phone number for scribd that can't be completed as dialed. In my view scribd is a scam

Review of gog

Who doesn't like modern compatibility…

Who doesn't like modern compatibility of your older favorite games? Who doesn't like the ability to download and keep a copy of your game that you paid money for? Who doesn't like the ability to play a game without having an internet connected launcher?I'm sure I can't name the other PC game provider I'm calling out but I'm sure you know who it is. Got tired of dealing with issues on other platforms and found GOG. No joke, I purchased a couple games from GOG that I already had from the competition just so I didn't have to deal with internet enabled launchers and actually be able to keep a fully executable setup program! Install a game and play it without an internet connection, just like the good old days.Seriously, love this website. Easy transactions, no required bloatware, no required internet connection, and you can actually keep what you paid for! A copy of a whole game on my local machine. Weird concept, right? I can play all my old favorites on modern hardware AND have access to new releases.Goodbye vapor product of boiled water. I found a new home for my games.

Review of freshbooks

WePay does not equal WeHelp.

Similar to the other most recent review, my review concerns WePay which is a partner Marchant Service Provider of FreshBooks to process credit card and ACH payments. FreshBooks ought to seriously consider the viability of its partnership with WePay before more negative experiences reflect badly on the company. Yesterday our small business’ WePay account was closed with a 2-minute prior warning, stating the following:“Unfortunately, we can no longer support your business because your account falls under a category of which we are declining to process.[here is an idea, why not actually say what that “category” is or provide the actual basis for closure, e.g. charge backs (never since opening this past March), fraudulent activity (none whatsoever), type of business (I am a sole proprietor.) Businesses that use the WePay tool are held to a professional standard of communication with their customers, shouldn’t WePay be held to the same standard?]“At this time, with the information provided on your business, we are unable to continue processing payments for your account.More specifically:“After careful review, it has been determined that we will no longer be processing payments for your account. Any funds in the account have been placed in reserve and will be reviewed for potential release in 120 days from the closure date.If your balance goes negative, we'll recover those funds from your bank account. For full details, please refer to our Terms of Service.”[the “more specifically” part still does not give the reasons for sudden closure.]Communication - WePay, you owe it to your customers to COMMUNICATE before closure, and email is not communication. You say after careful review, when did that review process start and why did it not involve the customer with communication? Personal service - WePay is owned by Chase. I get it is a giant company, but our small business banks with Chase. Why close a Chase product? Where is the customer service? I am lost in the sea of bureaucracy. Impact - being a small business owner who spends a lot of time in the field, I rely on systems to save time, make payment processing easier, which add value. Now I have to take time away from making money, with the threat of not having access to monies held because of some cryptic set of rules that are not explained to WePay customers. All of this makes for one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had and this is not like a dining experience, this is a professional product upon which several livelihoods depend.
