Emailed them about my damaged poster that was delivered and haven't heard anything from them. I've emailed them 3 or 4 times and still nothing and not even a replacement poster. Not happy at all, with the customer is always right and I am right.

My order got dumped on my neighbor’s doorstep and was sitting there getting cold until I just happen to find it by chance. I was never informed that my order arrived. I just thought it should be here by now, so I went outside looking for it. Gustavo certainly didn’t deserve the $10:00 tip I added while ordering. I will never again tip anyone until I actually get my order handed to me!

The site is misleading. When you have a gift card it lets you believe that you will be able to use it to get the amount deduce to your bill but it does not work. And they tell you they cannot deduce the amount from your current bill (even ten seconds after ordering, one hour before receiving the food) but only to the next one. Like that you have to order twice using their service of you want to use the gift card.

Most horrible customer service ever. I have been an HP customer for over 10 years and I currently purchase HP ink for my printer/scanner. I had to update my Wifi password and now the scanner won't connect. I know it's a simple fix but HP WON'T HELP a valued customer because my printer/scanner is past their window of customer service?? It was working just fine and I've changed my wifi password before and they walked me through it no problem. Now they won't help AT ALL to get my scanner reconnected...instead they told me they'll give me 15% off on a new product. It's not broken!! It just needs a basic troubleshoot. I've tried to call HP for the last 2 months and today was the first day I actually got a human. Their automated system won't let you past and won't read the serial number correctly so you can never get through. So incredibly FRUSTRATING and extremely terrible customer service. You'd think they would want to take care of such a long time customer so they will be a returning customer but they obviously do not care. This has put me way behind in my work. I will work on becoming a NON HP customer in the future.

They probably make the worst laptops possible in the market, for reference i bought a victus 16 laptop an year ago, im already seeing massive performance drops and this laptop costed about 1000$ specs are so bad for the price other brands offered way better pricing. I last longer on bed than this laptop's battery. fans are so loud i literally play roblox and this laptop starts taking off. i had to get one of the fans replaced too. whole point DO NOT BUY HP LAPTOPS or anything HP. terrible company

It used to be better but now it feels like they are more about money instead of the customer's needs and wants. They charge so many fees now for every little thing and through fraud protection changed making things harder to get and keep your money. The reason why I bank with multiple banks instead of just them. They don't offer everything I need and want.

I was excited about the product, as it’s well-designed and of good quality, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing due to the poor customer service and ordering process.The company made unauthorized transactions on my account, adding and removing money without any notification. When I tried to resolve the issue, it was nearly impossible to get in touch with customer service. From the Netherlands, their phone line didn’t work, and both the chat and WhatsApp directed me to send an email. Despite needing quick assistance, I was left waiting for days with no resolution.What made it worse was that my order, placed a month before Christmas, did not arrive in time for the holiday. Errors can happen, but the lack of accountability was shocking. The responses I eventually received via email were unhelpful, lacked any apology, and offered no form of compensation—no voucher, discount, or even a gesture to make up for the inconvenience.In the end, I received only one personalized mug out of the seven I ordered for my family, leaving us without Christmas gifts. While the product itself is good, the service and experience make it far from worth the trouble.
