Bought a product online and it was charged for shipping. On the day that the product was supposed to be delivered I get a message saying that the address was incorrect, which does not make sense because I've had things delivered at the same address I provided. Tried to contacted the logistics company and was told to contact El Corte Ingles. I did contacted El corte Ingles to change my address. They told me that the address was updated. A week later I had no updates of my order whatsoever, therefore I emailed them again saying that I wanted a refund and they could keep the product. Long story short, it has been over 2 weeks and I have not received a refund nor the product.
