Review of nokia

Missing software updates, but Nokia don't care

I have had a Nokia 5.3 for a year. The phone is OK, but I bought it because it is part of Google's Android One program and should receive security updates every month. That rarely happens, updates happen maybe every 3 months. That's poor, but what is worse is that Nokia customer service don't seem to care. They don't even properly the information I send them. This will be my last Nokia phone.Updated from 1 star to 2. Software updates resumed in September 2021, pity about the previous 9 months.

No delivery, NO replies -- UPDATE ON DELIVERY

Sorry to say, I have same experience as lots of others on this review site with El Corte Ingles, should have looked for reviews before ordering I suppose.Although delivery could still arrive of course, it really looks like I will be left hanging as NO reply whatsoever to various emails regarding the delivery.DON'T ORDER from this company, they do not respond to any questions, all they do is take your payment and then NOTHING.We feel obliged to add this update ---Our items did arrive ( finally ) BUT.... this company is clueless about their delivery channel. Here is sequence of events:Item not delivered on agreed date -- check with company -- reply "the courier attempted delivery on 26th September" -- we emailed back " sorry but we were at address all day, no delivery and also no delivery note left". - Company " no reply" --- 2 days later we again tried "please update on delivery" -- Company " same reply, but attached courier note this time with tracking number" -- we tried tracking number - "number unknown" -- contacted company - "no reply" --- tried our local courier as they are affiliated to their courier ( spotted logo on the courier note ) - they actually located the delivery courier for us through some checking for us --- contacted this courier - reply back from courier " yes, we have your parcel but address on parcel does not exist, please contact supplier" - so back to Corte Ingles -- their reply " you supplied address" -- us back to them -- "yes, and it is our address" --- no reply from company.....We went back to courier, explained and supplied correct address -- courier arranged delivery ( rerouted) next day - ....we contacted Corte Ingles with "delivery received " -- no reply.....Then an email form Corte Ingles " we are sorry to say that our courier delivered your parcel back into our warehouse, we will refund you asap."......I didn't even reply to that.......Than nearly a week later - email from Corte Ingles " parcel delivered, thank you for your business"......... we did not reply......This company hasn't got a clue about what they are doing and badly needs to look at their procedures at dealing with orders, deliveries, follow up and customer interaction.....now even though our parcel arrived we will not order from them ever again !!

Poor Quality Items, Terrible Service

Since they have switched to being a 'platform', I advise you to really investigate before buying stuff from them. I had a terrible experience purchasing a cabinet that fell below European standards. When one of the wheels broke down, I filed a complaint; an employee on the phone told me that I could claim a warranty and gave me the impression that it was all sorted. A few weeks later, I received an email from the seller stating that I should have known that the cabinet was for lightweight items and that I shouldn't have overpressured it with heavy items. Bol.com asked me for a photo, which I no longer had, and did not take any responsibility. Then, there was another bad experience when I purchased an item that was too heavy to return via regular mail service, which cost me money, driving around and finding some business points that did not exist. The Bol.com employee promised me a gift card to compensate for at least the nuance, but I have never seen a compensation or gift card. On 14/05, I called customer service, and they could not do anything other than apologise and maintain their stance as a platform that mediates between seller and buyer. Additionally, on the call, I noted that the cupboard was advertised as capable of carrying up to 180 KG, while the advertiser stated in their email that it was not made for 'heavy weight'. Of course, now Bol.com used the argument of 'heavy weight' not being quantified as a reason to interfere.

EVRI lost parcel Aliexpress won't refund

corrupt customer service team I have ordered a lot from AliExpress over 5 year period normally without issue. However for one order Evri lost there was no photo proof that it had been delivered The problem with Aliexpress' refunds team they are incompetent and corrupt will not accept that the parcel is lost. I have emails from Evri confirming it is lost but AE rejects these. They want a 'certificate' from Evri which Evri cannot or will not supply. AE customer service speak endless platitudes of wanting to fix the issue but these are simply false, they are the worst customer service team on the face of the earth they should be called Ali express corrupt customer service obviously me and my friends won't be ordering from these corrupt people any more

Got tripple-a auto insurance $160 a mounth. P.d report lady did a hit and run on my car tripple-a refused to handle it. Then found out they had me for no tow no coverage they lie to sighn you up.. Then tryed to charge me for a year of service after requesting cancelation and refused to cancle insurance stay away from tripple-a there a scam now.

Have been reading the Telegraph on and off for many years. In that time, I have seen the paper decline from the status of a respected broadsheet to low quality tabloid. The Telegraph has ditched traditional Conservative values for cheap populism. It now openly admits that journalists pay is linked to the 'popularity of their articles' and outside interest groups can pay for positive sponsored stories. Sorry guys but if you think this makes the Telegraph and trusted and respected newspaper, you are sorely mistaken,

I have been trying to took my old account down for weeks since that old account (I do not have access to old email / old phone number / old phone) contain my legal name on its URL which is reasonable. I was trying most difference way possible to contact them. The email got no hope, reporting the profile and got replied with bot said it does not violating community standards. WE EVEN GOT TUTORIAL TO CONTACT HUMAN FACEBOOK ON YOUTUBE???? This is just too rediculous. There is no clear way of contacting human.
