Booked villa in Spain, had to seek alternative accommodation after 1 night due to the uncleanliness of the property. Vrbo advised to speak with host direct, which we did, but after no joy, on our return, Vrbo said they couldn’t help as we’d not contacted them whilst at the villa!! Although they push you towards host in first instance!! Review we left for property doesn’t even show on the website, so the reviews can be deleted or edited by host to suit them, which means they are all totally useless and inaccurate. Book through another agent or correct with owners….Vrbo will not help you if you have a problem. 06/11/2024Further to the above review, Vrbo have been in touch to advise our review of property is live on the listing. On clicking there link, the review is there…however, it’s has obviously only just been posted as the owners response to our review is dated yesterday (05/11/24)! It’s clear Vrbo do not post reviews until they have shown owner first…so that they can defend themselves, even if their defence is lies. The owner finished his response with a question, although he has the answer to that question in our Whatspp correspondence…along with pictures proving our comments regarding cleanliness. It’s unfortunate that Vrbo do not allow reviews to show pictures….then there would be no lack of clarity regarding comments, and potential customers can see for themselves. We await Vrbo response in regards to the host returning monies paid!

BP petrol Station at Honiton Road, Exeter EX1 3EB was a terrible and very bad person with a very bad and aggressive character and awful behaviour. This person Indian or Pakistani clerk who was in charge of PB store, yesterday 15th June 2021 working time at 07.30 am push me to get out of the BP Store, I am very old person, with very aggressive maneirs and violent man kicked me out of the toilet where I had free entrance at the back door because was open and many people were going in and out of that door not only me. This type of person should not live among humans and should attend education and relationship maneirs classes to be a human beings and not like animals because I didn't do anything wrong just I was looking for toilet. I don't recommend stopping at this Exeter BP petrol station and any other BP petrol station because has the prices of petrol and all the products in the store the most expensive in The UK of the others petrol stations and they also do not have toilets for the customers... So please improve the services. At the end of this happens I couldn't use the toilet so I went back back to my car I moved out to find a free toilet I will appreciate if you can improve BP petrol station in UK because in Spain the BP Petrol Station are much better than here. Thank you very much and have a nice day.

As a new user of WorldPress and the inevitable plug-ins, and as an inexperienced somebody with two left feet as far as webdesign goes, I can't express enough how happy I am with WP forms. Even though it is very easy to get started and create forms, I did need their customer support for something. That was a delight. Shawon, who helped me, was the most patient person in the world. He stayed with me the whole time until I fully understood what needed to be done and how to do it. As a (retired) purchasing agent for almost 4 decades in the aerospace industry and for the local government, I can tell you that it is never just the actual product that you buy, you also buy a little piece of the company itself so to speak. A product can be the best in the world, but if the customer support sucks, everything sucks. This website has a similar issue as Reddit with it's upvoting and downvoting system. People will upvote the wrong version of the slang and will downvote the correct version for the slang. But if you've lived in the streets with people who use this slang, have been sending text messages for 20 years. You ALL know how it is spelled and pronounced. Which leads me to believe people who add slang to this website have absolutely no idea what they are talking about. They're just parroting something they heard from a movie or something.It's the equivalent of me taking an American slang word and writing it in British-English. When the slang doesn't exist in England and never has. Then there is no way to report this to the website and from their end all the upvotes means it's good, but it is inaccurate that's the issue. I basically only use this website to fact check slang.

I stayed at the Guildford Holiday Inn. The check in took over 30 minutes (just 3 people in front). The key I was given didn't work and when I found one that did work, I had to insert it into the key card reader upside down. All facilities in the bathroom were either cracked or needed redecoration, the bedroom wall had been patch redecorated but with another colour, there were no USBs in my room, the electric sockets were filthy, and there was a smashed electric socket in the corridor (had been 'temporarily' repaired using electrical tape but could still see through to the live terminals). I suffer from Astma and woke half way through the night wheezing. On checking the room, the curtains were covered in mould. Although the staff did try their best, this hotel is in serious need of repair and redecoration. Unfortunately, I can only rate this hotel as barely one star - it is frankly dangerous and unhygienic and needs to be sorted soon before an accident happens or someone falls ill from mould spores. I have photographs from my stay and will share them with IHG if asked.
