We are an international group of NGO we bought a Business Account with 16 licenses, after 2 week zoom closed our account without explanations and any evidence of violations, they didn't refund us (2000 euro). It is an abuse we should file a case in USA to have back the money but it is very costly.

Terrible! They stole my money. I booked a hotel through them and they didn't give the full amount i paid to the hotel. I ended up having to pay the extra amount the hotel did not receive. When I tried to contact them to get an explanation of what happened to the rest of the money I paid they could not explain and have refused to give me a refund. DO NOT book from them.

I ordered an item online beginning of April with the promise of prompt delivery. Today June 10, nothing has been delivered. When I received the first notice of delivery delays I felt it is okay to wait a couple weeks. The second notice mid May, I send them an email with my wish to cancel. No response! I then called - no live person. I ended up chatting with their customer service, got dropped. Restarted the second person on chat. After being told that the order cannot be cancelled even though my order has not been delivered in over a month, I insisted to stop the order immediately with their next level supervisor. I was told the order is canceled 2 weeks ago. Never received an email of cancellation, but trusted that Bed Bath and Beyond is doing the right thing taking care of their customers. Well, here I am June 9, receiving a request for payment in my email - acknowledging that the item is still with the manufacturer and still delayed. Who has ever been in a situation like this? I feel like a hostage of BB&B
