Horrible service

Changed from Telstra pre paid to a Telstra post paid mobile plan. The change over experience has been beyond ridiculous. 1. No self service option to make the change myself in the mytelstra app. Had to call and spend half an hour listening to disclaimers etc.2. The back office sent the sim card to the wrong address (their error). I had to discover this myself and call to request a new one be sent to the correct address.3. Spent an hour chatting with an employee through the mytelstra app to move my old Telstra pre paid number across to the new sim card when it arrived to the correct address. I told them this is what I wanted to do at the start of the chat. It took them an hour of back and forward chat to tell me this type of request can only be done through a phone call. I had to call them again. Hold time was too long on the first attempt so I hung up and tried again a few days later.4. Because they sent two sim cards I have "two" plans (one shouldnt be there)... despite the first sim card delivery being rejected by the recipients at the wrong address and sent back to Telstra as soon as the courier tried to deliver it, Telstra still hasn't cancelled it. I have been double charged for my plan two months in a row as a result. I called again and they refunded the double charges and arranged to cancel the duplicate (error) sim card. The cancellation request was a week ago and still not cancelled.I'm sick of following up and explaining the situation and waiting for staff to read through notes to try and understand what happened and what needs to be done. If I'm over-charged for month three I'm calling it quits on Telstra and going somewhere else. I've got better things to do in life than spend my time calling them to fix what was caused by their own error.
