Missing software updates, but Nokia don't care

I have had a Nokia 5.3 for a year. The phone is OK, but I bought it because it is part of Google's Android One program and should receive security updates every month. That rarely happens, updates happen maybe every 3 months. That's poor, but what is worse is that Nokia customer service don't seem to care. They don't even properly the information I send them. This will be my last Nokia phone.Updated from 1 star to 2. Software updates resumed in September 2021, pity about the previous 9 months.
