Scammers.Tell me how this makes sense.My mom called (on a completely unrelated topic) and was talked into upgrades (which we were due for).The rep says she's it will cost $10 less per month.Her bill is $100 more than usual.We were given new lines instead of upgrades!We were told we're passed the remorse period so we're stuckShe filled out a fraud report (as instructed by another rep) but her claim was denied.I'm sick of the scams. Why can’t the Mirror journalists proof read their work? I’m sick and tired of stories appearing on my phone with typos. It’s not only slack, it says to young people that spelling doesn’t matter. I’m noticing this daily lately. Mistake after mistake after mistake. Where I used to work, everything was checked. Not here. How much do these journalists who publish unchecked stories earn? It’s not good enough. Eg a journalist wrote a story on Lynmouth a few days ago and even spelt Lynmouth wrong. Another put contract not contact. The list goes on.

But sometimes I can find it frustrating when the person writing doesn't have clear hand writing or makes errors and doesn't properly cover up the area and both answers blend together making it hard to read.

Ali express is a scam site allowing scam sellers to sell you items and give you fake tracking numbers. And then when you try to report that the item never arrived they say they need proof via tracking numbers etc but I was given 3 different tracking numbers all fake.. they will not help you and you will not get your money back avoid at all cost..Update…While I appreciate aliexpress saying you will look in to this I have already raised case a few times and you do nothing to help. I have been emailed back by your team a few times basically saying you will do nothingUpdate. Over a week since AliExpress said they processed a refund, and still no refund. Again more proof they lie and scam

First, I get they may have backlogs with the PS5 shortages. I was left waiting for an hour on the phone before being put through to someone, then when I was put through they were incredibly rude and abrupt. I told them the serial number on the controller I was having problems with, and they said "I can tell you for a fact, unless Sony has suddenly made a new batch, that doesn't look like a serial number for any controller I know of". So what am I supposed to do with that information? Are you trying to imply I'm lying?In the end I was asked to email a proof of purchase and the serial number on the controller. So I did that on the same day. It has now been 3 weeks, and I still haven't had a reply or anything back.I have paid over £1000 on various Sony products in the last year, have been a loyal Sony customer for 21+ years, and I would really expect more from their customer service than I received. I'll be making a formal complaint tomorrow, and unless this is resolved in 4 weeks from that date I will be selling my playstation and moving to Xbox instead.

We found a FANTASTIC teacher, but the platform upgraded us to a higher-paid subscription without clearly informing us or asking for permission, so we were wasting hundreds of dollars a month without realising. So trust ZERO. Teachers are great though.

Amazon's entire market policy revolves are creating products and selling them in their own market place which they could curate, rate and market on their own.The recent Rings of Power debacle brings this to light and shows how much control amazon can have to make their shows look better, they could very possibly do the same for their competitors. Deleting reviews, banning users from giving reviews under a certain score etc just shows why one shouldn't trust IMDb scores anymore.

Today I spent 6 hours trying to get my HP Neverstop 1200 to print, it's idle. Apple decided to change my OS without asking me first. Nothing worked. It was like starting over with a new pc. I tried to download printer drivers to make the printer work. Nothing I did worked. After doing everything I could think of and contacting a friend who does tech support..even she could not help me. After surfing the web it turns out HP discontinued this printer a year ago. I purchased this printer 3 years ago and now it won't print. $400 and it only worked for me 3 years. Apparently the new OS wiped out my print drivers and the printer firmware upgrade version is no longer available. I'm thinking that with all the dissatisfied customer reviews here we should all get together and initiate a class acton law suit against HP for their poor product and business ethics. Who's with me? I will NEVER purchase HP products again!

I bought a mesh network consisting of two AC-1900 and a Blue Cave router from Asus. It has been very difficult to pair to units, keep them working, and upgrade firmware. There are memory leaks which require the routers to be rebooted about once a week. But when the main router reboots, it does not detect Internet, even though it gets an IP and resolve DNS. So I filed for support. They wanted me to RMA. But they would not advance replace unless I gave them $180 as security. So I did.They sent me a new unit and it behaves identical to the old one. Software fail.I shipped the old unit back via UPS and provided the tracking number. I have proof of delivery. They still charged my CC without refund. I am now fighting to get my money back.In summary: Terrible customer service; poor product quality; bad technical support and software maintenance; horrendous logistics on RMA. NEVER BUY A ROUTER FROM THESE MORONS.
