I SIGNED UP FOR SQUARESPACE UNDER THE GUISE THAT THEIR PRODUCTS WORKED CORRECTLY AND I THOUGHT SQUARESPACE CARED ABOUT BEAUTY AND QUALITY BUT I WAS WRONG. I SPENT 4 MONTHS BUILDING MY WEBSITE TO FIND OUT THAT SEVERAL KEY FEATURES OF SQUARESPACE DID NOT WORK PROPERLY AND THERE WAS NO CUSTOMIZATION OF BUTTONS.. THEY HAVE NO WORKING PHONE AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST ON PLANET EARTH. I CHATTED WITH A RUDE REP NAMED SANDY B..SHE CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT GIVING ME A REFUND AFTER I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE PRODUCTS NOT WORKING. SQUARESPACE BELITTLED ME VIA CHAT AND THEY DID NOTHING TO HELP MY SITUATION. ALL SQUARESPACE SAID WHEN I COMPLAINED ABOUT MY MEDIA/VIDEOS NOT PLAYING RIGHT IS "WE HAVE NO TIME FRAME TO FIX BUGS IN YOUR WEBSITE, KEEP PAYING UNTIL ONE DAY WHEN WE FIGURE IT OUT AND MAYBE YOU CAN USE YOUR WEBSITE". THIS WAS MY WORST NIGHTMARE, IMAGINE BEING UNDER A DEADLINE, PROMISING CUSTOMERS AND INVESTORS THAT YOU WOULD DELIVER BY A CERTAIN DATE AND SQUARESPACE TELLING YOU THAT THEY HAVE NO TIME FRAME WHEN YOUR WEBSITE WILL BE FUNCTIONAL DUE TO BUGS ON THIER END AND YOU MUST CONTINUE TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE UNTIL THEY DECIDE TO FIX IT. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE AND DO NOT USE SQUARESPACE..TRUST ME YOU WILL REGRET IT! THE COMPANY SCAMMED ME AND SQUARESPACE WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!! ALSO THEIR WEBSITES ARE VERY SLOW AND BUGGY.. ALSO READ THIER TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEY CAN STEAL YOUR MONEY AND CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON..SAME THING THEY DID TO MY ACCOUNT..

Used to be great with a brilliant loyalty program. Have used them many times successfully over the last 15 years or so. Then they moved to One Key. Booking that were due to get 10% cash back were dropped to 1% and never credit and stick as pending. Have chased multiple times in the three months since the stays were completed and either get promised it will be resolved or left hanging on chat while they “investigate”. Well I’ve decided to go investigate other suppliers. Hotel.com account deleted

Absolutely fed up with eBay. My parcel was marked as delivered but never arrived. Instead of sorting it quickly, I’m told to wait days before they even start helping. All I want is a refund so I can order it elsewhere.On top of that, other orders just sit there for days without even being dispatched, and you can’t cancel them easily. eBay used to be quick and reliable — now it’s just delays, excuses, and terrible service. I’ll be sticking to Amazon or Vinted from now on. Shambles.

Instead you have to follow an obscure process with many dark patterns trying to confuse you.Surely a complete deal breaker for a product you buy to protect you.Edited after reply: My product does not have a stop Auto Renew in Central page. It has a link to renew your subscription but it does not have (in the same page or anywhere else) a link to stop Auto-renewInstead, you have to search the help page, and go to a different link (the purchase link) and find it there after following a few other dark patterns

Some of the worst customer support I have ever seen as a professional I.T. Tech. I couldn't even find a phone number that got me to support until I went through someone at sales. Then after about 2 hours of trying to get to a tech support agent he tells me we as a company will need to pay $20 to get said tech support. Our company has spent and planned to continue spending money on HP products up until today.

I bought a Nest google thermostat from google that had a 2 year warranty. 18 months later the thermostat power unit packed in and I was left with no hot water or heating. To get a replacement I had to buy a new one through google which would take 2 weeks to arrive and then I would have to claim my money back. The new one would only have a 6 months warranty and this meant I could be in the same position in another 18 months time. As I was in very difficult situation I went out and bought a different thermostat from a more reputable heating company and asked google to pay back my money for my original purchase. Even though I have had to pay twice for an electrician to fit the thermostats so am significantly out of pocket they have flatly refused to give me my money back for the original cost of the thermostat.I will never buy another Google product and will be going to small claims court as I am within my rights under the consumer rights act to claim my money back. Please stay away from this company!
