Today I spent 6 hours trying to get my HP Neverstop 1200 to print, it's idle. Apple decided to change my OS without asking me first. Nothing worked. It was like starting over with a new pc. I tried to download printer drivers to make the printer work. Nothing I did worked. After doing everything I could think of and contacting a friend who does tech support..even she could not help me. After surfing the web it turns out HP discontinued this printer a year ago. I purchased this printer 3 years ago and now it won't print. $400 and it only worked for me 3 years. Apparently the new OS wiped out my print drivers and the printer firmware upgrade version is no longer available. I'm thinking that with all the dissatisfied customer reviews here we should all get together and initiate a class acton law suit against HP for their poor product and business ethics. Who's with me? I will NEVER purchase HP products again!
