I bought a mesh network consisting of two AC-1900 and a Blue Cave router from Asus. It has been very difficult to pair to units, keep them working, and upgrade firmware. There are memory leaks which require the routers to be rebooted about once a week. But when the main router reboots, it does not detect Internet, even though it gets an IP and resolve DNS. So I filed for support. They wanted me to RMA. But they would not advance replace unless I gave them $180 as security. So I did.They sent me a new unit and it behaves identical to the old one. Software fail.I shipped the old unit back via UPS and provided the tracking number. I have proof of delivery. They still charged my CC without refund. I am now fighting to get my money back.In summary: Terrible customer service; poor product quality; bad technical support and software maintenance; horrendous logistics on RMA. NEVER BUY A ROUTER FROM THESE MORONS.
