Scammers.Tell me how this makes sense.My mom called (on a completely unrelated topic) and was talked into upgrades (which we were due for).The rep says she's it will cost $10 less per month.Her bill is $100 more than usual.We were given new lines instead of upgrades!We were told we're passed the remorse period so we're stuckShe filled out a fraud report (as instructed by another rep) but her claim was denied.I'm sick of the scams. I will NEVER go with AT&T again.
