I've only got a technical question about VAT but, having spent over half an hour trying, I found it quite impossible to contact them. All I want to know is the VAT element in their fee.

Some games literally cannot run on a new high-end PC and it's not getting fixed. It's a shame as I wanted to play Sims 3 recently and my PC literally cannot run it. No workarounds suggested

Revised BBC news website is a complete mess, whoever designed this should have tried using it before releasing. On the previous (and good) site is was easy to drill down from UK news to specific country and to regions, this seems to be lost somewhere now or am I missing something? Wake up BBC, get your act together !

At one time I used this site extensively for their patterns and blogs, but it became so vile and hateful that I quit using it entirely. Knitting should be an activity that brings people together and politics, any politics, should not be introduced. It was a wonderful site until partisan politics reared its ugly head. I just want to knit and enjoy other knitters.

I am a registered patient with Mayo. It is a long painful process to get an appointment if you are lucky to get one. My Medicare starts in a month. The people at the gate ( clerks making the appointments are trained not to let anyone without money to book an appointment. FIrst they ask if you have insurance ( if you don't you are out of luck ) I was asked to give $5000 deposit because I do not have an active insurance and I was wiling to give but Diane in the the appoinemtn scheduling today June 4 said it does not matter if I will deposit $5000 I will still not be able to make appointment. That tells you that this hospital is "FOR PROFIT " and they should be removed the NON PROFIT status !!! What a shame. I have made several attempts to make appointment and each time the gatekeepers are trained not to accept.

I would give a zero star if I could.

I would give a zero star if i had it. I just wasted my time filling out and application with this pathetic company only to get declined. They did not even ask for additional information. They called me to verify my application and charged the entire rent being paid by me when in fact it is shared. The staff who picked up my call needs to get retrained on customer service. I do not have any debt. It does not matter to me that the card was declined but i felt bad the way the agent handled my call like i am begging them for a card. The worst service.

Horrible service, horrible echo. I'm cancelling everything.

Amazon customer service is absolute crap now. I'm about to cancel all of my Amazon related services/products. There is no option to just speak with an agent or select an option outside of their highly inadequate options for the number of issues one could possibly have with an order. Absolutely infuriating. I have been going in circles with their stupid website for 15 minutes at least trying to get help. I don't want a call, my phone is broken right now and I'm waiting on a screen replacement I ordered. I'm beyond pissed off with this stupid site. I left feedback with the agent last time I had to 'jump through hoops' to reach an actual person - and it's just worse now. If you're going to make it so a customer's only option is your stupid bot, then MAKE IT BETTER! It should be the best possible bot, or there should be an option to exit it. Their echodot/Alexa is horrible now. It used to work just fine. Then they had to start making a bunch of changes nobody asked for and now it's just annoying. They clearly don't thoroughly test their software before releasing or listen to their cx feedback.

My partner and I love this place, so much so we make a 24 mile round trip to savour the fab coffee 2-4 times a week.We find all the staff friendly and attentive, always stopping to have a word with customers, with great smiles. We can not fault this place!

Review of asus

Poor customer service, poor RMA experience

Last week I sent my gaming laptop back to ASUS to be fixed for the third time for overheating issues. After the first RMA, the product started failing within one month of the date I received it back from ASUS. After the second RMA, the product failed within two months. I am starting to doubt whether the people responsible for RMA repairs are even fixing anything, or if their definition of fixing is replacing the faulty parts with second-hand parts having very short lifespans. When trying to ask for more attention to my repeated problem, I received canned responses which more or less translated to "go f--- yourself". I am already inclined towards never purchasing another ASUS product again, and if my product is still not fixed after this third RMA that will leave no doubt.
