My partner and I love this place, so much so we make a 24 mile round trip to savour the fab coffee 2-4 times a week.We find all the staff friendly and attentive, always stopping to have a word with customers, with great smiles. We can not fault this place!

Last week I sent my gaming laptop back to ASUS to be fixed for the third time for overheating issues. After the first RMA, the product started failing within one month of the date I received it back from ASUS. After the second RMA, the product failed within two months. I am starting to doubt whether the people responsible for RMA repairs are even fixing anything, or if their definition of fixing is replacing the faulty parts with second-hand parts having very short lifespans. When trying to ask for more attention to my repeated problem, I received canned responses which more or less translated to "go f--- yourself". I am already inclined towards never purchasing another ASUS product again, and if my product is still not fixed after this third RMA that will leave no doubt.

Tiktok is as bad as facebook on sensorship. They remove basic comments where I say someome doesnt use their brain but allow people to have accounts calling Trump a C*nt. I screenshot everything when they do this so hopefully I can attatch them. Tell me they dont blatantly allow the bashing of Trump and supporting comservatives while sensoring anything we say.

NFL on Amazon prime is like watching a video game. It is horrible. NFL fans that pay the bills for the NFL want football, not video games. It is an awful way to watch football. I’d rather chew glass than watch this nonsense. We want to get kids Away from their video games and screens. Why create yet another video game?! Do the right thing and end this madness. People want to watch live football not video games!!!!!!!!!!!!

1 star given because I can't give none. I opened an account with Kraken and transferred just £100 from my bank (to Payward Ltd.) to begin with. This showed as a "pending" transaction in my Kraken account for over 3 days, even though it had been cleared by my bank. After I queried this pending status with Kraken support, I received an email that stated "Unfortunately we must inform you that we will be closing your Kraken account. For security purposes we cannot disclose the reason for this action. Kindly note that you cannot open another Kraken account and that our live chat and phone support channels will not be able to provide assistance regarding this matter." and the departing line was "We appreciate your understanding." !?!?! The only good thing that I can say is that I did receive my £100 back quite promptly.

Firstly, ignore the 1 star ( page didn't display correctly in e-mail) The whole process from booking a report request, followed up by a sooner than expected meeting. Keith was spot on, we were able to discuss the report and I felt that he took the time to understand what I required. The finished product was delivered in a couple of days and more than delivered what we required. A couple of tweaks were carried out on line, and a follow up added a couple of extra details after a review with our customer. A great experience all round.

I bought what appeared to be a 5x7 inch framed poster- of Le Chat Noir. I needed it to be a small size. All up cost $39 including $13.50 postage so $23 for the poster and then tax which I thought expensive but at least its framed. When it arrived no frame just a poster and the edges had been cut so part of the poster was cut out. First time I've used Esty, never again

edX offers me the possibility of continued learning from the best universities around the world. As a psychologist, I can specialize my domain at any moment, anywhere with my mobile or labtop. It is just great ! I learned more there with great professors than during my master's degree in my Belgian university, where a lot of time was waisted attending the course, being present. Here with edX, at midnight or at the airport, in a train, in the car you can listen the clases. Also you feel taking part of a beautiful multidiverse community. You share more afterwards with events and seminars, meeting those wonderful and nice persons, those fantastic professors with their leadership competences and who make you meet their environment, and other people.It is so great that posibility of micromaster or even MBA online for people like me who doesn't want to waste time but who want to be a continued learner. My courses were Business leadership from UQueensland and Sciences of Happiness at work BerkeleyUC, also Data analysis. Such amazing experience I won't forget !

I ordered an item for next day delivery. Asos notified me it had been dispatched and dpd was the carrier. This morning dpd emailed me saying my parcel had not been received. I contacted asos, and got nowhere. I spoke to customer service who refused to offer an outcome. I requested to speak to a manager who was incredibly rude. Who actually cut me off. Thet told me they can guaratee today delivery, i asked for proof as dpd don't have it. And they refused to show proof it will be delivered. When i continued to query this they said they had shared information... they did not. The asos customer service absolutely appallingly rude. Customers pay for a service and they do not always honour it. I am now out of pocket because they haven't done their job. The cut a customer off is disgusting. They know they're lying.

Love Zoom and will continue to use. BUT, they signed me up for and charged my credit card for an annual plan when I believe that I only signed up for a monthly plan which I would cancel once my quarterly large family call was completed. Not a real problem since I should have noticed charge sooner than five weeks after the fact. Still okay until I tried to correct the mistake. Very difficult to even find a phone number to get a credit. Phone response system is poor and agent, Jane, (almost assuredly not her real name) was nice, but not very competent and discounted me after 30 minutes. All proving that NOTHING IS SIMPLE!
