I was a fan of capital one I have a quicksilver credit card and use to have the regular card you sign up for. Recently and now Capital One has a sign up promo for some of their products it’s all over their website. I signed up for the quicksilver rewards card, under the promo if you spend 500$ in three months you get a 200$ bonus. I forgot about it for a bit until the other day I’m looking at my rewards and notice the message, your sign up bonus has expired. Click, o ya they owe me that 200$ for signing up. Apparently it expires. I ask about the bonus and fifteen minutes later on hold we show you didn’t have a signup bonus. What! Then why does my app tell me my signup bonus expired, if there never was one? Still currently trying to get my signup bonus out of them, that I am owed. I read a lot of other reviews and many others are having the same issue. Capital one keeps being deceptive claiming the bonus is for the other quick silver card. No, it’s not and my app tells me I had a bonus but it expired. I signed up for the right card and I met the qualifications for the bonus. If they keep claiming it’s a different quick silver card, they are being deceptive and my app would t tell me what it does. Hopefully they do the right thing and payout my bonus.

I got a letter from Progressive Ins. that included a copy of a negative report they received from LexusNexus.com about me. The letter also gave me instructions on how to get an explanation from LexusNexus.com. I sent a letter to LexusNexus.com requesting that information via Certified Receipt Requested mail on 5/15/24. I received verification 6/10 that they received my letter 5/25. On 7/6 I got a response from LexusNexus.com, "We cannot provide you with the information because we do not know who you are." "Provide us with your full SS#." Then how did they know who I was when they sent the initial report to Progressive Ins. I am disgusted!

I am trying to add an E-mail address to my account. I am told to send a confirmation number that was sent to the E-mail in question and I get this trash response. "Unknown Error: Sorry, a temporary error has occurred. Please try again in a little while."I follow the directions and get "Error! Error!" as is typical for computers in comedy shows but should not be for a multibillion dollar (if not larger) entity.
