I had important documents sent out last week with payment to get work started on my new homes roof. A tornado went through the community the week before closing, and we need to get the place sealed up properly. The package was sent through the UPS store with the address entered by their associate. They attempted to deliver several days after promised, and are now returning the documents back to Texas because we didn't include a "attention to" with the company name. The address is correct, the company name is correct, there was no instruction at the store to include anything with the company name. But, now my new home is at risk of severe interior damage and the check from the title company is "somewhere in transit" back to where it started. Unacceptable!

Cancellation procedure is an absolute disgrace. Having to phone to cancel is a deliberate ploy to make it difficult and not helpful to people with certain disabilities. Rediculous retention offers and marketing questions under the disguise of the details "loading".Destroys any credibility the paper may have.

Review of bedbathandbeyond
I hope people come to this website before working with Bed, Bath, and Beyond. I have just had a similar experience, trying to return a rug that was the wrong color. The color was different online. Bed, Bath, and Beyond charged me a third of the price of the rug to return it! Their policy states they would refund me the shipping cost if the error was on their part. Trouble is, they don't accept responsibility. The rug cost over $300 and they refunded me $210, keeping $100 for themselves. After getting nowhere with the customer rep, going round and around about their policy and integrity, I asked to speak to a supervisor. Of course no one was available, but they said someone would call me. However, they refused to say who was calling and when. Of course no one has called. I don't expect them to, and I'm not going to waste my energy waiting, but I will spend my energy placing this review in multiple sites. Don't buy from these people!

Buyers Beware! When I tried to return a $19.13 rug, Bed Bath & Beyond said it would cost $19.35 to return it using their return shipping label. I then attempted to return it using my own shipping label. Although this is an option on their website, when I selected it, this is what popped up: "Beyond requires the use of our provided return label for all product returns to ensure a refund. ... If you choose to refuse the [$19.35 return shipping label] as a return method, we cannot guarantee a refund. Additionally, a fee may be assessed for any extra research required to identify and process the return." I then attempted to contact them but they do not have a phone number listed anywhere. When I used their "help" text feature, you could tell they were deliberately giving me the runaround by making me explain again and again what happened. Several times they abruptly ended the text string conversation. I asked for a manager to call me, which never happened. This took hours of my time to try to get resolved. The customer service experience is awful and I will never shop here again.
Review of zoom
I purchased Zoom Phone (VOIP) and Zoom Pro (Video Meetings). At every opportunity, they let me down. In chronological order:They attempted to overcharge me in the initial contract. Once amended and I signed, it took several days to hear back from them, leaving me without a phone service to my business. They charged my card without providing a receipt for my Accounts. This still hasn't been provided despite several requests. When they did grant me access to the service, they did so in US instead of the UK, where I'm based. They apologised and asked me to sign a new contract for the UK. I asked for their assurance that I won't be charged again, which I was given. Then they charged me again. Once the service was "active", it turns out it wasn't really. It now takes another couple of days to obtain a number. They were unable to give me a city centre area code number, stating their suppliers can't provide these. I am based in the city centre. Throughout all of this, the Support was terrible and delayed at every turn. This is because their Support is in the US. I would regularly get responses to emails from the previous day in the middle of the night. Thankfully, they offer a refund provided the service has not been used. Given that I can't use the service yet, even if I wanted to, I should be able to wash my hands of Zoom and approach a different provider. However, given everything that's happened I fully expect them to make ridiculous mistakes when attempting to refund me. It's clear that Zoom is an American company for American businesses. If you are not based in the US, they will treat you as an afterthought.*Update* Although Zoom admitted fault and apologised. They're now telling me that they won't refund the stolen amount or the legitimately charged amount until the next billing cycle. That date is in October 2023. I have taken legal advice. I would strongly recommend avoiding Zoom at all costs.

Fantastic tour with George walking the area of Jack the Rippers crimes. The tour was 1.5 hours, great value for money and really informative. George was a fantastic guide who went above and beyond to answer questions. I'd highly recommend this tour.

Avoid Paddywagon at all you can! They are contracted by GetYourGuide. … MOST TERRIBLE SERVICE EVER …... READ BELOW AS THIS CAN HAPPEN TO YOU.Our group of 8 people from a cruise ship bought the Giant Causeway tour from Belfast, arranged by GetYourGuide, on June 7, 2025. Despite having confirmed/prebooked tickets, my group was informed only by the driver of Paddywagon, the tour operator, on arrival that the bus was full and they would not be able to accommodate us. This had caused considerable disappointment and inconvenience, especially given that the booking had been made and confirmed well in advance, and we arrived at the meeting point early. Details: We arrived at Europa Hotel ahead of meeting time. 10 minutes after when we were supposed to meet, we were told that the bus was parked on the side street of the hotel. There was a mini-bus and there were no seats to accommodate us. The tour guide told us to wait for the next bus, while letting others on. When the next bus arrived, it was a small passenger van, and it could not fit ten of us (8 of us plus two other German tourists). The driver and the guide told us that there was nothing they could do and drove away in the rain. The license plate of the van was C004 DOR. Being stranded and having no alternative option, we asked Belfast tourist center, Visit Belfast, for help. Matthew, the Customer Service and Operations Supervisor, went out of his way to contact Paddywaggon and, later on June 11, he took the initiative to email Paddywagon on our behalf for refund and possible compensation. The final answers we got from both the Paddywagon and the GetYourGuide are: “sorry” and “case closed.”
Review of eBay
As a buyer you cannot leave a seller a negative feedback for ignoring messages or failing to provide proof that item was shipped. Purchasing a shipping label or hitting a button "shipped" does not constitute proof. I left a few like this and seller whines to eBay and gets feedback removed even when they have numerous negative strikes against them with exact same issues from other buyers. Sellers can also send "best offers" to buyers watching an item, then cancel listing before time expires for buyer time accept offer only to relist item at higher price under a different seller name.As a seller you can only leave positive feedback (guess ALL buyers are 100% honest and never do any wrongdoing) and eBay offers "100 Money Back Guarantee" for buyers. So basically a buyer can open a claim or case allowing them to back out, have second remorse, lie about the condition of item it claiming it was damaged due to improperly packaging by seller, or just a disgruntled buyer with issues against sellers and they will ALWAYS get refunded guaranteed. I am leaving eBay (as many others are doing as well I noticed by the forum discussion threads) and taking my items to sell or as a buyer to purchase to reputable sites like Mercari, Facebook marketplace, Amazon, etc. Last, fees eBay charges are so ridiculous that you lose money just by paying them instead of making money which is whole purpose of selling. They add sales tax to buyer's total and charge a percentage based on this amount which is wrong and should be fraud. Buying items, yes taxes imposed by state you live in I understand falls on the buyer. Selling items where buyers are the ones paying sales tax, no . Sellers fees should not be calculated including the buyers sales tax part . eBay should be shut down for good and hope more people find out how they are nothing but a greedy money hungry entity who just keeps making more ways for buyers to rake sellers over coals and taking hard earned money out of everyone's pockets
