I’ve been a loyal Zara customer for years — over 80% of my wardrobe comes from Zara, and I make purchases almost every month. But this latest experience with Zara and Sameday Bulgaria has been unacceptable.I placed an order, paid for it in full, including shipping, and the parcel has been stuck at the so-called warehouse in Varna for over two weeks. There is no real address, no way to collect the parcel, and no one answers the phone or emails — not at Sameday, and not at ZaraCare.If you’re going to require prepayment and offer no option to pay on delivery, then you must guarantee actual delivery. Right now, I’ve paid — and received nothing.I reached out to ZaraCare during business hours, but got no reply. I’m extremely disappointed, and I don’t want to lose trust in a brand I’ve supported for so long. Please treat this matter seriously — this is not how loyal customers should be treated.

Order number 53767727835Golden Decade PerfumeReordered the above as I loved the perfume but Zara have changed the formula with no mention of this on their website. Totally different smell. Sprayed once & returned in original packaging but they have returned to me and will not refund!! ONE FOR TRADING STANDARDS as products is not as described and falls under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. TERRIBLE customer service! WhatsApp just cut the conversation so you have to start again & there was no communication about perfume being returned to me. They don’t even deserve 1star!!!

I tryed to place a order yesterday, it took 3 hours back n forth online and on phone with MACY'S. I was at checkout and it said my total was $82.50 and free shipping. I even took picture of that on my phone. Then last night I get a email confirming my order and it says I was charged $10.95 for shipping. Now today I've been on phone over 1 hr and 6 people back n forth as if I was charged shipping. Now supv is saying I was charge shipping and it's only a authorization hold and I will be credited back in 48 hrs. I never heard of anything like that. When I order online with other companies I'm not charged shipping then days later credited back. If they say free shipping then they don't charge me and that's how it should be. Also when you go into macys store it's hard to find a employee in a dept. They say they did cuts on staffing, also when i call store no one answers the phone. So yesterday i spoke to manager on duty and she also confirmed staffing cuts. I asked for manager to call me about a issue, still no call today. Poor customer service.

We had a great experience with My heritage, because its when things go wrong that you really see the value of a good organization. You see, our original kit was lost in the mail, when we reached out to them, we expected a lot of difficulty and being stone walled but they did the right thing and helped by shipping out a second kit at their expense. What's more is they didn't slow down the process, they confirmed the information so it would arrive correctly the second time.

Tractor Supply Co. customer service is the worst. I have an account with them and have one issue that needs to be resolved. I called them and they did nothing. I then contacted them through the contact form on their website and was ignored. I emailed them directly and was ignored again. Why shop with a company that doesn't care about its customers.

service by loree was a horrible manager. food of busted bags of dog food all of the isle. we asked about gettin a few bag of dog food that was broke and they were about 1/2 full to 3/4 full. one bag was marked down out of the six the were busted we donated to a local dog rescue. all other tractor supplies give 50% off if they are broke like that she said 20% was the best she could do. 20% of the food was gone that makes no sense.

The idea of showing off a business profile with all your achievements is a good strategy and it allows for solid cold emailing if marketing is your intention on the platform. The bots and spam messages makes the experience not so enjoyable.
