Be very wary of buying anything within the ads showing on Facebook. I recently purchased some shoes from the brand Clark’s. I expected a platform like Facebook would check or regulate who advertised on its site. I was wrong.Shoes never delivered and when I chased Clarks directly they advised it was someone pretending to be them on FB.Last time I’ll ever heed advertising on FaceBook.

As many here I have had an appalling experience with ASOS this week. Should have had a large package delivered Monday 31st March. I bought products for a mini break and unsurprisingly they didn’t arrive. I have since had to chase for a refund to be told ‘be patient, give them 2 more working days’ throughout the week - apparently this is their current process and it’s up to me to chase them. This isn’t an isolated incident and just now had a ‘manger’ close the chat as apparently they have given me all the information. They are clearly have another issue with Evri and instead of managing this between themselves, they have passed the problem to the customer, so we are the ones to highlight where there is an issue in their supply chain, rather than holding Evri to account using either SLAs or process of undelivered or stuck packages. I have also taken screenshots of the conversation as clearly the ‘customer care’ team have been instructed to copy and paste responses. The customer care team are not there for the customer and neither do they care. I honestly cannot get my head around their behaviour, it’s completely unacceptable and utterly dismissive, I can only imagine what the culture of the organisation must be like. I’m not surprised ASOS are struggling to keep their position in the market as clearly the customer and their experience is the last thing they consider. I will never use ASOS after this experience, they have proven to be untrustworthy and unreliable. Fingers crossed I get my money back.

I have severe mental disabilities, they robbed me for $400 dollars. Mocked and laughed at me since January 4th. I’m very shocked at how the biggest company in world has this type of customer service reps and specialists. No empathy. They didn’t even treat me like a human being.

Difficult to return items. I ordered heat tech tights online and the size was too big for me. Tried to exchange in store but wouldn’t accept because I have opened the packaging (explained that I had to open to try it on, obviously). They didn’t allow me to return it at all. Advised to return it online - in which I have to pay the return postal. I am not even sure if I will have the refund due to the open packaging?! How would I know if it fits?

Terrible site owned by a terrible company. Been sat here for 30 minutes trying to find out how to delete my account with absolutely no luck at all. I just want gone from these dictators. I've had to verify this account about 3 times and also verify my email address to another account 2 times. I'm sick of having to verify my details. Sick to death of using hotmaiul with how bad it is.

PAST EXPERIENCE SHOWS THAT EBAY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS AND IF THEY DID, THEY WOULD PUT ROBUST SYSTEMS IN PLACE. IN MY OPINION AMAZON HAS GOT THIS AREA COVERED AND TAKES MORE CARE OF SELLERS AND THE SELLER'S CUSTOMERS. NOT FOR THE FIRST TIME, WE ARE REPORTING COUNTERFEIT SELLERS TO TRADING STANDARDS, AS EBAY HASN'T HELPED IN THE SLIGHTEST OVER THE PAST TEN YEARS IN RIDDING THE COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS WHICH HAS ULTIMATELY DESTROYED OUR BUSINESS.
