I tryed to place a order yesterday

I tryed to place a order yesterday, it took 3 hours back n forth online and on phone with MACY'S. I was at checkout and it said my total was $82.50 and free shipping. I even took picture of that on my phone. Then last night I get a email confirming my order and it says I was charged $10.95 for shipping. Now today I've been on phone over 1 hr and 6 people back n forth as if I was charged shipping. Now supv is saying I was charge shipping and it's only a authorization hold and I will be credited back in 48 hrs. I never heard of anything like that. When I order online with other companies I'm not charged shipping then days later credited back. If they say free shipping then they don't charge me and that's how it should be. Also when you go into macys store it's hard to find a employee in a dept. They say they did cuts on staffing, also when i call store no one answers the phone. So yesterday i spoke to manager on duty and she also confirmed staffing cuts. I asked for manager to call me about a issue, still no call today. Poor customer service.
