UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE ACROSS 4 FLIGHTSNFFT26.If things go wrong, that's when you discover just how good or bad any company is. There is NO telephone number to discuss issues - Email only, with a self generated 30 Day response. Emailed on 1st December,2023 as I write 2nd January 2024 No response received. Below are my 2 Emails in addition to completing claim form, as any Credit Card company require the customer to allow the merchant the opportunity to resolve in the first instance. :-Holiday of a lifetime for both myself and wife to celebrate our 60th birthdays, saved for over the past 5 yrs.Emirates chosen, flights and seats (extra £532) - Didn't actually sit in any of them on any leg.Emirates changed aircraft on Leg 1 - didn't inform myself that our seats had been changed from two together in economy class on upper deck. Leg 2 - in light of above, with my wife being upset and not being able to sit just the two of us, I paid another additional £1,230 for business class. Leg 3 - just allocated random seats, again not what we had paid for. Leg 4 - were actually finally allocated the correct seats we had paid for HOWEVER, having sat on the aircraft for over 2hrs everyone was offloaded back into the airport, having received no less than 8 emails stating different departure times. My wife by this time was very unwell and unable to walk very far. A further Email offering complementary refreshments at restricted outlets, with restricted menu was then received, we were unable to partake of any of these. The airport was is chaos with no one knowing what was actually happening. Eventually we boarded another aircraft some 8 hrs after our scheduled departure, allocated random seats again !I work for the British Government in Community Safety , Trading Standards , Competition and Markets Legislation and whilst European aviation EASA and CAA applies to certain situations, I would expect the highest of standards from Emirates.Consequently within 48 hrs of arriving back in the United Kingdom, I received a further Email from Emirates (without prejudice) crediting both my wife's and my Sky rewards with 40000 air miles.I very much look forward to all the relevant refunds and compensation from Emirates shortly, as United Kingdom relevant legislation requires the complainant to seek remedy with the merchant in the first instance, which should be undertaken promptly and fairly.Should you require further information, don't hesitate to contact myself directly on the below contact telephone number.Respectfully submittedPete Shakespeare. Email ............. given Booking Ref 1764202008067 Mr Peter Shakespeare 1764202008068 Mrs Deborah ShakespearePlease view my below complaints with regards to our recent and only experience with Emirates, over 4 legs between Manchester Uk and Thailand, via Dubai.All four legs of journey encountered problems, with not one leg going according to plan.We booked our holiday of a lifetime seven months in advance and in respect of Emirates paid for specific seating on those four legs, costing an additional £532.00 GBP. We were not allocated any of our pre-paid seats on any of the four legs.In order that our holiday start was not ruined, I even paid an additional £1,230 for Business class on our 2nd leg to Thailand as due to operational matters the aircraft was changed.Our final leg from Dubai to Manchester, resulted in all passengers being offloaded to a aircraft fault and a subsequent delay of nearly 8 hrs.I understand that things can go wrong, however our experience of all four flights must surely be exceptional, we are both in our 60s and my wife suffers ill health with her legs.I have submitted the below claim, via Emirates website, having originally being informed that someone from customer services would contact myself, (this apparently is incorrect advice from the Emirates advisor)I can be contacted directly on +44 7984189289 should you require further information.Respectfully submittedPete Shakespeare

This is the worst company that I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My flights were supposedly cancelled six weeks ago and I am still waiting on the refund,only to call the airline to find out that TripAdvisor has not yet cancelled my flights, however when I call TripAdvisor they told me that it has been cancelled and that I need to wait four months for my refund. You can’t talk to a manager or anyone in charge you can only talk to their call centre staff. I will never deal with this company again, Absolutely disgusting service. I’m still waiting for my refund

I used the Heathrow shuttle between T2/3 and T4 last month, tapped my Oyster card on entry and exit for what should have been a free ride, but found recently on checking my account they had charged £11.50. Apparently it is now too late to obtain a refund. A couple of weeks later I had to wait around an hour for the same service. Lucky I didn't have a flight to catch.

About 3 - 4 years ago I received some promotional stuff from DTOL offering an introductory deal and stating one can cancel anytime. I was interested, but I emailed them to ask *how* would I cancel if I wanted to....unsurprisingly (now) I never got a reply, so I didn't subscribe. It's a lesson I learnt with Sky and their 'sign up on online (simples) but cancel by phone' inconvenient process where you endure some operative trying to make life difficult to cancel - making offers they could have made whilst I was a loyal customer but never did, but only offering when one wants to leave etc etc. Don't know if Sky still do this (never rejoined), but I take some albeit sad comfort reading these reviews that the DTOL never got my business due to this type of practice around cancelling. Don't go in, unless you are clear and happy about how to get out first.

in my opinion this company is a faud. they claim that they can sell your pics online and you will hear from them in 5 days lies! i sent a bunch and all they did was send me ads to purchase something. i sent emails that were never answered and then all of a sudden their emails to me stopped and they never answered my questions as to what happened to my pictures

The National Trust, a once great organisation now subject to the woke views of Tim Parker etc. Used to volunteer for them in Devon, never again as they do not deserve my time. Forget the politics, history is what it s, no one is hiding from it so stop trying to ratchet up the guilt of your members. Any organisation is only as good as those setting the example at the top. Get some people in who actually reflect the views of your members.

I have nothing to say about their services since for obvious reasons I did not make use of them. Preliminary phone call involved a conversation wherein they revealed my lack of insurance (between employer at the moment, looking to see someone about my attention deficit since that was one reason I resigned from said employer and want help to cope with the issues that arise when I do secure my next job) would require me to, in so many words, provide them with a down payment of $5000.00 before they would consider setting up any appointments. We haven't even established whether they can recommend any good doctors or therapists for my situation but they already want a bigger commitment from me than my last security deposit on an apartment. And clearly they don't have any good mental health professionals to recommend since if they had such resources at their disposal someone would tell them that the asking price is complete insanity. Obviously the hope is that they would be getting that money from your insurance company, but who they are trying to bleed dry hardly makes up for it the fact their business is designed to siphon a patient's money before even considering providing any sort of benefit. Do not do business with these people.

I bought T303UA last year... exactly after 2 weeks it suddenly stopped working. I was in contact with customer service in 3 months to maybe get a new one and finally, they gave me a refurbished device. and now after 1 year that device is also stopped working!

Our business could not be having a worse experience with Salesforce. They have done a great job marketing, but please be warned: 1) The product is not user friendly. 2) To make this work for our business, we needed to keep spending more and more money with “add-ons.” And 3) Their customer service is simply awful. Once you sign the contract, expect a level of customer service at the “zero” level.The lack of empathy and care from one of their vice presidents, Dan Sabella, is hard to fathom. I have not had a worse customer service experience than dealing with Dan.Again, I would implore business owners to be very careful signing a contract with Salesforce. There are other options out there and again, the customer service is incredibly poor.It has been a nightmare for us.Sign up with Salesforce at your own risk. You have been warned.

I wish I had seen the comments before starting to use their service. First when you open an account there is a 72h compulsory hold of assets and then you can withdraw your asset. But the problem is not only that. After 72h, I withdrew my asset but the transaction is kept on hold. I contacted the support and they send you from this support team to that support team. For just sending a 100usd, I have to wait and still nothing has happened

Original content is good but the live TV offering is horrible. It's expensive so by the time you pay for internet you don't save much over just having a cable package. Recording feature is really bad - super unreliable. Half the time it doesn't record correctly. Search features for live tv are difficult to use and don't return good results.
