Our business could not be having a worse experience with Salesforce. They have done a great job marketing, but please be warned: 1) The product is not user friendly. 2) To make this work for our business, we needed to keep spending more and more money with “add-ons.” And 3) Their customer service is simply awful. Once you sign the contract, expect a level of customer service at the “zero” level.The lack of empathy and care from one of their vice presidents, Dan Sabella, is hard to fathom. I have not had a worse customer service experience than dealing with Dan.Again, I would implore business owners to be very careful signing a contract with Salesforce.
