Been with At&t for over 20 years. It used to be a good company as far as pricing, service, and customer service. Now they are price gouging, have average service coverage, and provide an embarrassing excuse for customer service. 3 years ago they canceled my plan without my permission and against my request. Then told me they couldn't undo it so they offered me a "NEW" more expensive plan with less data. I felt totally ripped off and I know they only did it to up my monthly charges. Now they treat me like a new customer (like trash) and this month shut off me service (accidentally) and won't refund me the charge to turn it back on. They are the worst cell provider and I Do Not recommend anyone to sign up with them!!!!!

@BestBuy something totally wrong? Picked up a tv @ best buy on 10/5, set it up 10/7 & inoperable. Per rep as the box undamaged they wouldnt honor the return/warranty policy. Note that if you get a defective product from best buy they will stick you with it and not help you.

Solo long story short. My husband and I were traveling on I90 East just past the Buffalo NY Airport yesterday when outta nowhere we hear a loud bang and horrible scraping noises coming from the rear of our Pontiac. Luckily we just got past the heavily traveled 4 lane bumper to bumper traffic outta Buffalo towards Albany. Even though we pulled right over, we could feel the heavy vibrations of the two lane traffic within inches of our car. How frightening. My 69 year old husband could not open his drivers door as the traffic was so heavy, especially at 3:30 in the afternoon, and persistent. It was in this horrifying ordeal that could've turned out alot worse than it did, that we retrieved our AAA membership card and quickly called AAA on our cell phone. AAA was there in minutes. The lights from the tow truck signaled oncoming traffic to slow and in minutes we were on the road again.Thank you AAA for taking care of us, quickly, and professionally, and thank you to all of your wonderful associates. Your service is a lifesaver and these tow truck drivers are Gods Angels in disguise!

The best thing is probably to stop the payments from your account, as I have done.One footnote: deep in the Telegraph website there seems to be a rule forbidding subscribers to cancel for the first six months. I question whether that is even legal.

I went to Target this afternoon to get a large item at the Portland Oregon Jansen Beach location. They had the item I was looking for but the service was terrible! I'm disabled and I needed help getting the item in my cart, the 4 different call boxes I addressed to get assistance didn't work, and there was no one in the electronics area working to help me lift the box into my cart. A younger woman who saw me helped me after about 15 minutes trying to locate an employee for help. When I went to the checkout, there was only one checker plus the self checkout. Self checkout was open and there was a huge full cart in the checker line with about 50 items, I chose the self checkout. My item was a Barbie house ($180.00), the bar code was not found said the register, and there was no employees anywhere to be seen except a checker on the one register. At that point I decided to get in the line with the checker. The checker was moving along awesomely considering the cart was over loaded with many small items, dishes and specity items that needed to be wrapped in paper, etc.. The checkout was frustrating especially when I noticed 3 employees laughing and huddled in conversation, as then I realized one of the employees was not attending to the self checkout area. This is the reason why I couldn't find help in the self checkout, he was visiting with 2 women employees. By then the self checkout had a long line and I was so surprised that a second checkout line wasn't opened. Honestly I buy most everything online from Target, and this is not my regular Target store. I'm happy that I was able to find the item I needed, but my experience to run in and out to get 1 item took about 30 minutes. Quite frustrating and understandable in most situations lacking staff I understand, but I won't be returning to this particular store since the employees seemed to be more interested in visiting than taking care of their job responsibilities.

playstation and playstation network is absolutely terrible and unhelpful, if you ever lose your account, stop using it, or get hacked and cannot find any info on the actual account that you legitimately own then they are totally helpful and an absolute waste of your time, just save yourself a massive headache and make a new account otherwise just flat out stop getting anything from playstation because they dont care about their users whatsoever. i recently bought some steam games and wanted to go back into my account only to find out its unrecoverable even though i still own the account and get the recover emails but their system is broken and blocks me from regaining it and support is useless and wont help unless i prove i own a playstation still and i haven't played in years up until recently when they started releasing games on steam which frustrates me so instead I just made a new account but am still extremely disappointed.

I didn't know AWESOME and when I got to know its work policy (book donations, literacy projects, etc.) I was immediately enchanted by that company (in my Instagram account there's even a Stories with lots of praise and recommendations for that brand).So, even finding cheaper deals, I stopped buying several books from other bookstores to buy at AWESOME.Even with the limitations of the Covid pandemic, I had no problems with the delivery of books from other suppliers (Amazon, Ebay, Book Depository, Desnivel, Cultura, Central Libreria, Librairie Colibrio, etc.), always receiving books before the deadline from Spain, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, USA, France, among other countries – even books that were shipped from all over the world to an “order handler” in the US and then sent to me.However, unfortunately, only with AWESOME I had problems (and with ABE, due to a partnership between both companies).Several AWESOME books were delayed (this week alone there are three more that should arrive at the latest on 11/26 and so far nothing) and some never arrived.I was always very understanding and patient. However, instead of sending me the books I didn't receive, they just offered me a refund of the amount paid, generating more work (new research in search of the best prices, bureaucratic procedures to repeat each purchase, months to receive each copy, etc.) and I was not always able to buy the same lost title again, as I had bought it with promotional discounts and later such books already had a much higher value.I understand that books can sometimes be lost during shipping, but I think it's unfair that I paid a price for a product and that I fulfilled all my obligations as a customer and in the end end up without a satisfactory solution to my loss due to a mistake made by the company.The worst situation occurred with a copy of great importance for my studies that I bought at ABE, but which would be delivered by AWESOME.They refunded me U$ 14.02 (promotional value on the day of my purchase), but the lowest value I find today on the ABE and AWESOME websites would be US$ 91.82 (not counting the high transcontinental shipping cost). And the other offers I had found on the internet months ago no longer exist.In other words, an unfeasible value for my budget after so many investments - I live in Brazil and unfortunately the import of books to my country is something almost prohibitive for most Brazilians due to inflation and the high dollar.STORY BRIEF: Although ABE and AWESOME have this book in their stocks, I will be without my product (which I need so much) as these companies refuse to send me the copy I had purchased.Be alert for new buyers from other countries who are thinking of buying books from these companies!
