Disgraceful conduct from a “serious” newspaper

I wonder if anyone at the Telegraph notices this flood of complaints, or cares. They should, given the reputational damage being done. Like so many others I have found it impossible to cancel. The best thing is probably to stop the payments from your account, as I have done.One footnote: deep in the Telegraph website there seems to be a rule forbidding subscribers to cancel for the first six months. I question whether that is even legal.
