I will continue to rate them as junk until they do something so that their phones aren’t junk. Phone sometimes randomly overheat and screen goes blackVoice to text is the worst in the industry and they’ve only made it worse over the last decade now when you try to correct something it makes you correct and delete the whole sentence rather than just what you want to correct. Multiple apps that are set for audible alerts and banner alerts when the screen is locked do not come through and when you Google it it says multiple iOS users have reported this issue that has been going on for a long time and they can’t seem to get it rightI can list a whole litany of issues that have been going on for a decade that they still can’t seem to get right.

Tried to sell what I had for a while and withdraw my gbp, said I had to verify although I did some time ago, tried to facial verification and it kept saying network anomoly, again and again reset the network still happened and wouldn’t let me sell and withdraw my funds.Tried to contact live support told me 5 minutes waiting time and half hour no one joined the chat. Absolutely ridiculous

My husband bought me a laptop on 28/04/24 for my birthday in June. Used it twice then it wouldn't switch on. Contacted company who wouldn't help. They said I have to deal with manufacturer ASUS. They were rude and unhelpful. Told me I can do nothing but accept a repair. I refused a repair but was told it would have to be assessed to see if there is a fault. I sent it off. I made it clear I would not accept a repair on an item used twice. They now confirmed there was a fault and they have repaired it and are sending it back. I have said I won't accept it so they are saying there is nothing I can do. This is appalling. I was obviously sold faulty goods. I am now having to go to Trading Standards. Avoid.

Honestly, I was kinda expecting something bad (which mostly comes with a cheaper price. I have doubts on both the user-friendness of the website and the quality of the goods.What is truly astonishing is that when I want to discuss the content with the sellers, the online chatting system is not available on Mac's safari. I have to revert to the Taobao mobile app for enquires, which in my view is truly pathetic. I brought three tables, and one of which is an expensive electric lift office desk. Common ground - while some sellers are good, some just bad. Its a matter of luck. For the good one (the electric lift office desk), with a customer service can be seen as basically impeccable, its good, unfortunately, fall a bit short of expectation. Designs were good - it appears to be a direct copy from a German company. A close observation on the instruction of installation booklet revealed its true nature - part of its instructions were written in English with some German alphabetic, the font of which had not been changed and seemed to be an effortless copy from its authentic counterpart. Devils are always in the details. Some components just lacked of conformity to what is stated in the instruction booklet. A supposedly half-day installation ended up in a 3 whole days construction work by a layperson (yes I am - but I studied hard on that booklet). That table just didnt lift after all the installation works at first - and the seller kindly informed me of the high likelihood that I was wrong to have put what supposed to be in the left to the right legs. Then I had to re-do the whole process. Yet, it later transpired that I was right at the beginning. The cause of problem was found on the disfunction of engine. Time wasted, though I was happy that they had speedily replaced me with a functional motor(that engine). The bad one - not only failed to respond to your order and enquiries, also paid little attention to your needs. The whole course of ordering had taken 3 weeks (yes, I still sticked with them, silly me). Repeatedly asking redundant questions that could have easily been found had the seller looked at the conversations or paid more attention at the time of the chat - i.e. document what the client's need and attach it to a particular order. Seemingly didnt border. as far as the tables are concerned, Well I hope its not as bad as the customer service. For a native chinese so many struggle already - I doubt the readiness of this platform, for somebody, perhaps if they means business, esp international business, cross-border sale and purchase...etc, well - your call. With all that being said - your choice after all. The price (with deduction of the respect for intellectual property) is competitive and appealing.

I booked and paid for a cruise to Greek islands. All Royal Caribbean literature said the departure was from Venice (revenna) Italy. Not having been to Italy before I assumed revenna was the port name in Venice. Airline return home ticket were from Venice. Two day before the cruise I discovered the revenna was more than a 3 hour trip south from Venice. I sent email to cancel trip because we could not get from departure port to venice to make our flight home. I then had to purchase new ticket to get home a week earlier. R. C. would do nothing to give us credit or a refund for a trip not made due to their and mine communitcations. I will not ever use this cruise line again in my travels. Extremely poor customer service.

As a small company with limited resources, we've used Issuu to publish our digital edition for more than a decade. We love that Issuu allows us to make links public or private and sell our back issues online. Though we have rarely had problems with Issuu, anytime we have a question, support has been ready and willing to help! The pricing is reasonable and everything looks very professional when embedded in a web page. We like Issuu so much, in fact, that we are building a new product using our Issuu link.If you have a lot of Issuu readers on mobile, the Article stories are great. They come through fairly clean when they are automated, and it's really easy to edit them. For our document, we do have to edit them, but that's pretty standard for PDF/mobile conversions.The only feature we don't use are Visual Stories—they simply require so much customization that it is easier to do them from scratch. (That said, I have yet to create an IG story outside of IG that was up to our standards, and have tried multiple social media schedulers.) Issuu has historically been great at tweaking new features, so we plan to continue to check in on this to see if it changes in a way that suits us better.

Arranged for order to be click and collect (24/1/25), went to location and delivery wasn’t there. Customer service informed me it was delayed due to the storm. Was rearranged to be collected 30/1/25, delivery van was there but driver said he didn’t have my order! Was told to phone customer service. Phoned and got home delivery arranged for 3/2/25. Tracking said would be delivered via dpd between 0700-1900. I waited in the house ALL day and there was no delivery. Package ended up arriving on 4/2/25.Was not informed about any of the delays due to the storm. Was on hold waiting for a customer service person for 1 hour. Was not told home delivery would be delayed by an hour. And don’t know why my package was not on the van on the 30th as this had been rearranged. Customer service need to fix there communication with customers regarding any delivery delays.

I recently paid for ads in my WhatsApp and later it was paid to Facebook. However, when I did that they blocked my WhatsApp saying I violated community policies. Ok that is fine, but then refund my money? I tried to request for a refund of my money and I was completely ignored and frustrated. Facebook II at the moment stole my paid money and they did not even notify me. I need my money back I do not want WhatsApp at all it is now useless to me but refund my money please.

I signed up for an account for my wife so she can find in-home care for her mother. I paid upfront for the year - my wife verified her identity - the next day, I received an email that our account was closed for violating their community guidelines. Which guidelines - we never even were able to get into the account. Now I'm in a battle to get the yearly fee back. Their communication is terrible - the route you to a form, then they get back to you with a non-answer and you can't even reply to the email because it's no-reply. Avoid this website at all costs - you'll thank me later.
