I signed up for an account for my wife so she can find in-home care for her mother. I paid upfront for the year - my wife verified her identity - the next day, I received an email that our account was closed for violating their community guidelines. Which guidelines - we never even were able to get into the account. Now I'm in a battle to get the yearly fee back. Their communication is terrible - the route you to a form, then they get back to you with a non-answer and you can't even reply to the email because it's no-reply. Avoid this website at all costs - you'll thank me later.
