Paid to get a certificate in 2 courses for "Inclusive Leadership" and "Communication Skills", both by CatalystX.I was severely disappointed. I learned absolutely nothing, and the content was obvious feminist propaganda. Some of the things and situations they present were so painstakingly blatant that I could not help but laugh.I cannot stress enough my disapproval. I have nothing against women in leadership positions, but to have obvious feminist propaganda in an educational platform, is just shameful. I hope EDX looks into this.As I have not yet received the certificate (they need to verify my identity, and it can take up to 7 days) I hope that I can get the money refunded, as the only thing I'd do with those certificates is to move them to my trash bin.For the support team, if you can help me getting a refund, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

I haven't used this site in 8 years yet lately have been getting a lot of emails and calls from people in India and Middle East with fake job offers - some for positions I have never worked in - like Phlebotomist, Surgical Assistant, CPA, etc. You know they're fake because why would local companies use out of state staffing agencies with foreign names?Report all the emails and phone calls as phishing and with the FCC as it's illegal and violates federal laws.

Ordered a face mask from UNIQLO. They asked for me to review the item. As the mask did not fit I figured I'd be honest and write the review. They have not posted my review and moderated it twice with the condition that it features a competitors name. So here is the review on Trustpilot, thanks Uniqlo.>Needs a bigger size option and a nose wire!>Ordered a large and it is still too small. After putting on the mask there is a gap either side of my nose that I can fit my thumb through. If I pull the mask up to remove the gap then it slides over my chin and leaves a big opening at the bottom. My current option is to use tape and tape it to my face to remove the gaps, however this will leave me unable to talk. Definitely needs an XL size and a nose wire to actually stick it closer to my face.No mention of a competitor and thankfully Trustpilot doesn't moderate 1 star reviews unlike UNIQLO.

The slowest and most deceiving place to its people. No reason to lie and say taxes even with earn income can't be giving out till mid Feb then give it out in March. 17 was mid Feb. I should have my taxes being 23 business days after filed. Then tell me that I have a limit on how many times I check the irs. There shouldn't be a limit on how many times u check. Not including the lie it updates over night. Since today I checked and was told I exceeded my limit on a new day. In my first check. So now I have to wait till tomorrow again. So no it does not reset after midnight that was proven to me today. Irs needs to be gotten rid of. They are only after people's money while there rich asses live off us poor people's money. Maybe they should be stripped to poor and made to live like us. I have screen shots to prove i am right on their lies.

We are reputable company with 4.8 rating on Google maps Angie list Thumbtack and facebook.With thousand of reviews and verified customers. We have had positive rating with uelo as well but did not have paid account with 188 4.8 star reviews. After we refused to pay them $6000 a year they demanded after the rep called out company they removed all positive reviews leaving only 2 negative reviews from spammers we don't even know.its not a reputable company.they remove negative reviews if you pay them and remove your positive reviews if you don't pay them.its extortion and racketeering.

Worst customer service ever received from corporate office in Glasgow they lied to me covered up for each other and thibk that's it because they say so please use a different brand who actually take customer service serious they passed me over from one person to next even tho I said I didn't want to they ignored me and did what they wanted told me manager Irene not at desk she then said she was conviently call not recorded or it would of shown them up for what they are I urge people try different brand that care about customers the ceo does nothing either

I was lucky to be supported by Falran, I had an issue with launching a game recently bought via GOG, Falran was in constant touch with me and was giving me many step by step instructions on how to fix my game. Thanks to him it works perfectly now.

Very customer focused, and ethical re their signup policy. They do NOT charge your card by default when the trial is over. You have to opt in to activate the service. Also, I needed an extension on the trial period because I was sick and they gave it.And the customer service agent I spoke to about cancelling was extremely pleasant and polite.

Wow. Took my money. Three weeks later, still no product or any kind of update. Just “In Process” on the account. No way to cancel. No response from ‘support’. Sent a second email asking where my product was or if they could cancel. Three hours later received an email with a tracking number that it had shipped. Friend had exactly the same experience. Worst experience online ever.

Yesterday I opened a ticket regarding my logitech gpro superlight 1, I have a 2 year warranty on the mouse and wanted to see if i could get a replacement for my faulty scroll wheel, as it often stops working and works again, i opened live chat support, they were responding to me but i had to step away from my PC so i was AFK, then the responder on the other end 'Mohammed Zubair' was spamming me continuously, i thought support was supposed to be patient and helpful? After they closed my ticket, I messaged in the morning as they changed my ticket into a conversation through email, I exchanged the proof of my purchase and about 6 hours later i decided to call support, I call them they pick up, say my name and instantly end the call XD what a poor corporation
