All support is now AI based and you cannot speak to a real person. I have an app for my personal tickets but I needed for work. I cannot change my email to login for work now to get my ticket for an event today. I just get caught in a ridiculous loop with AI support not helping.

The app is plagued with dropouts during game play, I have previously been a subscribed user of the app in the past but now only play for free because of the regular dropouts. They claim it’s my end that’s the problem but I’m on nbn and check speeds regularly which never drops below 15g download and 8g upload for wifi and on 4g mobile switching b/w the two should result in minimal drops if any I believe their servers aren’t adequate and so I am frustrated that the app could be so much better. I recommend playing it free then your frustrations are don’t cost anything

I backed a project for MIPACHA in September/October 2020. They have pushed out the delivery date so many times (and most times they didn’t even have the guts to email me). I rec’d a product I ordered 6 months later that was a gift and no longer needed, too big and wasn’t happy with the quality. Mipacha customer service is as useful as a tiny umbrella in a massive storm!! Had a few back and forth emails and in their last email they just basically said that i backed up this project and there is no refund.Absolutely outrageous! Fuming! 100% that I won’t back-up anything in the future and I will definitely avoid Mipacha! (Rude and rubbish customer service!) Avoid them, guys!

I received an overdraft fee from my bank b/c the funds weren't deposited to/sent over to my bank until the next day. I was having work done on my house and paid the contractor with a check from funds being deposited "instantly" from Venmo. Turns out he cashed the check and it bounced bc the money didn't transfer until the following day. When I called Venmo to try to get a refund since it was their fault, they very causally told me no, sorry. Nothing they can do. So frustrating, I will NEVER USE THIS SERVICE EVER AGAIN!!

I put a one star cause I had to this company is a joke. Period they have verified my bank my identity and still are holding my money hostage for 9 days now. Do you know how expensive things are it's hard enough to survive. This place should pay out millions in restitution they are thiefs. Technically I paid them 6 dollars to sign up for there useless service for them to hold my hard earned money hostage from me for no good reason. I've contacted an attorney. Anyone thinking about using Venmo don't there are 1000 percent a scam a fraud and will steal your money. I think they do it to earn the interest on there customers money in there own bank. That's only a guess but think about it....

As an music freak ,its useful.I enjoy that i can find 99% artist together include the songs & albums.I like that its aslo relates most the time correctly with music that I may enjoy.You can download your like music to listen to it offline.Student half price discount is also nice.Their customer service are also good.Notice:Recently from an ablum for an example songs don't go by order ,it skips.

You can't just download files or folders that are larger than the space you currently have available in your personal account even though they may have been shared with you. A measly 2gb is the default, so you are forced to provide your CC info and get a "free" trial for 14 days just to download something that could be 2.01GB. Why would you pay $150 for a year of storge just to download 3gb of data that I don't want to shave to my dropbox account. This service is complete garage and I will never use it again and I will not accept dropbox links from other people EVER. I use a lot of storage platforms and this by far the worst.

I don't think people realize the laws and standards Canada has compared to other Countries and third world nations who have deep corruption within there political system. Tried to sell what I had for a while and withdraw my gbp, said I had to verify although I did some time ago, tried to facial verification and it kept saying network anomoly, again and again reset the network still happened and wouldn’t let me sell and withdraw my funds.Tried to contact live support told me 5 minutes waiting time and half hour no one joined the chat. I will continue to rate them as junk until they do something so that their phones aren’t junk. Phone sometimes randomly overheat and screen goes blackVoice to text is the worst in the industry and they’ve only made it worse over the last decade now when you try to correct something it makes you correct and delete the whole sentence rather than just what you want to correct. Multiple apps that are set for audible alerts and banner alerts when the screen is locked do not come through and when you Google it it says multiple iOS users have reported this issue that has been going on for a long time and they can’t seem to get it rightI can list a whole litany of issues that have been going on for a decade that they still can’t seem to get right.
