My husband bought me a laptop on 28/04/24 for my birthday in June. Used it twice then it wouldn't switch on. Contacted company who wouldn't help. They said I have to deal with manufacturer ASUS. They were rude and unhelpful. Told me I can do nothing but accept a repair. I refused a repair but was told it would have to be assessed to see if there is a fault. I sent it off. I made it clear I would not accept a repair on an item used twice. They now confirmed there was a fault and they have repaired it and are sending it back. I have said I won't accept it so they are saying there is nothing I can do. This is appalling. I was obviously sold faulty goods. I am now having to go to Trading Standards. Avoid.
