Simply the worst customer service from CEO Ed Bastien on down. Don't ever think of flying into NY's LGA where Delta brags about it's new $4 billion terminal which is horrendously huge, walk over a mile for baggage claim, then if you are renting a car walk another mile to board the first of 2 busses. Emailed Mr. Bastien and of course received no reply. As a now former holder of the AMEX Platinum Delta skymiles card ( canceled Nov.1) and a member of AMEX for over 50 years and having a companion certificate due to expire on January 31, 2023. Since that's the dead of winter and we fly out of Kansas City all I asked was for them to extend the companion certificate for 6 months. NO! They blew 4 Billion on a horrible terminal at LGA but want to beat a cousomer out of a $250 companion certificate. Ed Bastien should be ashamed of himself, but I guarantee that he could not care less.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Been an Xbox fan for years but the Xbox one s is pure junk. Purchased 2 brand new and neither one worked correct. Tried updating one for 3 hours wired wired high speed internet,got to 2 percent and froze,plus making beeping noises. It's not my internet,it Microsoft. I am officially switching to PlayStation 4. Thanks Microsoft for wasting everyone's time.

I am using uber for many years. I have realised in the last year when the travel fee is shown on my app and money is deducted from my bank account, a day or few days after another separate deduction in Uber comes out from my bank account in a different dates that I have never booked an Uber. I tried to reach out the customer service, however there is no possibility for a phone call. I sent a message to see what is going on and I received a very unclear message. The second time charges is coming out from another country which is charging me with a different currecy. I have changed my cards few times and flagged this to Uber. Uber has not given me a clear answer why they are charging me with an extra fee or they can not help me who is using my bank account for Uber in another geographical location. I have stopped using Uber till they give me a right answer. So watch out your deductions if you are using Uber.
