Straightforward and reliable. Could use more transparency though. The platform works well and focuses on what's important. Balance between quant and qual data collection. The rewards are real and reliable. I wish there was more transparency in the process. Right now they just say that they'll contact once the review is published, but I wish there were more notifications and/or feedback - in how to write a "better" review.
Review of bitdefender
I think bitdefender should stay in the antivirus business. It should not enter applications like VPN at all. because it fails. very bad. when I want to watch a movie on android, it does not connect. it fails on the computer. I have used another vpn for 10 years and I have never had any of these problems. eror code 12 whatever, and they gave a code to their errors. I had no problems with the other vpn. I connected without any problems. I bought this because it was cheap but it is very bad. they put kill-switch and it does not work properly.

This review is based on buying from the Logitech website. After spending nearly £200 with Logitech they offer you free 1-2 day express shipping. Due to this I decided to order on the Friday to to be home at the weekend to receive the item. No delivery or updates at all across the weekend, so on the Sunday night I raised a ticket with Customer Support to understand what was going on. I got a response on the Monday stating it was delayed due to things out of their control. However, what is in their control is the ability to communicate the delay which they chose not to do. I was then told it would be a few more business dates. (Helpful that, as high value means it needs to be signed for) I asked them to narrow it down the day of delivery as surly ringing their vendor was the least they could do. Heard nothing back until the Tuesday morning to say it would be with me that day. Yet, come 16:48 on the Tuesday I get another email saying that is delayed yet again. After conducting a bit of investigating they outsource their fulfilment to a company called "Digital River" who work for a fair number of big brands electrical brands (Lenovo for example). This behaviour has been very common from Digital River for what seems to be years. In all honestly, it is not worth buying from Logitech directly. They waste your time, miss-sell you and frankly don't care for your custom. You get palmed of responses and customer service agents that just don't want to help. I don't even want to imagine how the returns process is should the item become faulty. As this too all goes back through Digital River. If you must buy Logitech then sick to your local big electronic sellers or Amazon, where at least you will receive a reasonable level of service.

Registering a domain name is free for the first year, but it comes with limited options for more technical features, such as DNS settings. You do not have access to these settings, and even the name servers are managed by WordPress. Unfortunately, they cannot provide access to these settings as they are controlled by Gravatar.It is peculiar that, despite their partnership with WordPress, you cannot transfer your domain to another registrar until the 60-day period is over. While they do have a helpdesk that tries to assist with what they can, for more advanced needs, I would recommend seeking a better service elsewhere.
Review of dell
I bought a Dell XPS 17 in late November 2022 for $4000 and the support is truly awful! I ordered my computer using the phone order support staff. I had multiple calls for them to get it right. I did receive the computer in a timely fashion after the order was made; however, the confirmation email never came with the order number, or details.Fast forward to today, February 25th, 2023, and Dell cannot even find the order for my computer and cannot address my concern because it is a Saturday. This is terrible customer support. I did eventually speak to a person, who can give no information because the Customer Care is only available M-F, during business hours. So if you work M-F and cannot make a call during that time, tuff luck with Dell.

Support: The latest tech support was superb. She's really helpful and patient and very human. She understands the need that we have to get the set of plugins working.The product: Very stable but hard to understand, not for those learning wordpress. I hope theres more detailed documentation to plugins step by step and how each interacts with one another. Making a plugin work for you is hard enough, imagine 3 of them must work together to achieve results? I dont think thats easy. I also hope you have a wide variety of template choices, like for jet appointments that we can just import. is capcha avail for jet appointments?
Review of ulta
My account was hacked into due to an Ulta data security breach, along with thousands of others, my info changed, points were stolen, and attempted payment method. Took Ulta weeks to resolve issue and return points, and only after multiple calls in, several broken promises and misinformation. Gift card was promised for inconvenience. Now not being honored by Ulta Beauty. Guest services only gives automated generic responses. Ulta is at this point outright frauding customers by promising them things to get them off the phone and then denying them saying there are no notes on my account offering such. They blatantly refuse to pull their call tapes.
