I would not even give this company a 1 star. Impossible to speak to anyone. They just shuffle you to theri website to submit a form that does absolutely nothing. I am an organizer for a 501c19 VETERANS organization and after submitting every know document possible as supporting docs, they refuse to recognise our non-profit status. It's great to see how they support our veterans.

Ordered a pair of shoes on April 16th with standard shipping (4-7) days. On April 26, I still hadn't received them and contacted the online customer service chat. The guy told me they would be here Friday, the 30th. Come today, still weren't here. I contacted customer service again where the lady FIRST told me it said they were delivered THEN continued to tell me they were actually stuck on transit. This company is such a scam and full of lying employees. Save your money or spend it somewhere else.

I recently started using Adobe Photoshop in a graphic design class that I’m taking at nights at my local community college. I find it a bit cumbersome, definitely a learning curve. But I can see the power of it. I plan to get good enough to start doing some graphic design on the side.

Review of agoda
Customer service is horrific. Booked Royal Hotel Manotel in Geneva with a kitchenette, as offered by Agoda, and was charged accordingly.Upon reaching the hotel, hotel is unwilling to provide said room, as kitchenette rooms are apparently only for long stays. Then why is Agoda even listing this room for my dates AND charging me? The hotel is saying that there has been a mix up with Agoda. But whichever the case is, I should not have to pay extra for an amenity that is not offered.Customer service equally unhelpful. Rather than a fair compensation of a refund of the difference in room rates, they insist only on Agodacash refund, which HAS TO BE USED ON THEIR SITE, along with various other terms of conditions. How is that fair to a paying customer?

Here is a polished and professional version of your email that strengthens your points while maintaining a respectful but urgent tone:---**Subject:** Urgent: Unjustified Cancellation of Fully Paid Booking – Request Immediate ActionDear Agoda Customer Support,I am writing to express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the cancellation of 10 out of 13 rooms I had booked at **Mercure Liverpool Atlantic Tower**.### Booking Details:* **Property:** Mercure Liverpool Atlantic Tower* **Total Rooms Booked:** 13* **Booking Name:** Dr. Ahmed AbdelAziz* **Issue:** 10 rooms cancelled despite full upfront paymentYesterday, I received an unexpected email requesting an additional $1.00 payment for 10 rooms. This was confusing, as the **full amount for all rooms had already been paid and deducted from my account**. While I initially suspected it might be spam, I followed the link (out of caution), which then led to an expired page. I immediately contacted Agoda support and provided a screenshot.Today, I was shocked to receive confirmation that **10 rooms have been cancelled**. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have guests flying in, and this has placed me in an extremely difficult and stressful situation.I spent a considerable amount of time on live chat and was initially told that payment was not received — which is factually incorrect. Agoda has already deducted full payment, and 3 of the 13 rooms remain active under the same booking, proving that the transaction occurred.Eventually, the agent said Agoda would try to contact the hotel to either reinstate the booking or issue a refund, but that a resolution was unlikely and could take 48 hours.---### This situation raises several urgent questions:1. **How can fully paid bookings be cancelled without notice or verification?**2. **Why was I sent an unclear, expired payment link instead of a proper communication?**3. **How can Agoda justify withholding a refund for services not provided?**4. **How am I expected to find accommodation for a large group at short notice with flights already booked?**---### I urgently request:* Immediate reinstatement of the 10 cancelled rooms, or* A full and immediate refund for the cancelled rooms if reinstatement is not possible* A written explanation of how this situation occurred* A copy of Agoda’s official **complaints and escalation policy**I have used Agoda many times and never experienced an issue of this scale. This has caused significant distress and potential financial loss. Please treat this as a matter of **utmost urgency**. I await your swift and serious response.Sincerely,**Dr. Ahmed AbdelAziz**[Your Contact Number][Booking ID if available]---Let me know if you'd like to adjust the tone (e.g., firmer or more conciliatory) or add attachments or evidence.

To slander an innocent Youtuber and get people fired to generate revenue through sensational headlines is not acceptable behavior from a serious media outlet! The three writers on the other hand - should get the pink slip as soon as possible and get sued for slander and defamation of character..

If I could score 0 I would. I struggled to make payment for congestion after trying multiple times etc I managed to pay the following day. Still stating I pay £15. It was not made clear that the charge went up to £17.50 as it was outside of 24hrs time frame even though I put my registration number in. You’d like to think in a day and age where everything is online and machine oriented it would have calculated that in-fact the due payment would have been £17.50. But NO! I then have a letter through to say I need to now pay £90. So I called up and actually spoke to someone (of course they can speak to you when taking money for a fine) and they explained and was very helpful I have to say. However. They explained to me that I have to pay the £90 and I can’t just pay the £2.50 extra. And on top you don’t get your £15 back which you innocently paid. Honestly talk about thieving. Feel a bit mugged off paying £105 to drive through a patch of tarmac in London.

Do not shop here! I worked for Kroger for over 3 years and don't miss it at all. I am a licensed Pharmacist but never given the opportunity to work in their Pharmacy even as a tech only worked as cashier for 1/5 of he pay. Tried to help customers to the best of my abilities but never given help by management. I even talked to my niece who is going to school for a business degree, and told by her the Kroger store by the school is a horrible place to shop also. I even called management to see if they could help me get in the Pharmacy but got the big blow off by them too. So all I have to say is don't work or shop their because they don't care about the safety of they customers or employees.

the platform is very good and user-friendly. it offer a very important advantage to upload documents, we used it for an employment event and it was very helpful. it is also integrated directly with sheets.the issue is the free limit is only 100, and it could be a little bit small amount to use as a form, and the price could be a little high to other forms platforms.as overall we recommend to use it for small amount of expected forms, if you expect a large amount you have to subscribe before distribute the form.
