Review of bitwarden
A number of the recent reviews look like they are bot generated to push the real reviews below the line. So here's a real report on what we have experienced with Bitwarden...We have had multiple occasions across multiple staff where Bitwarden states an invalid username / password then despite no change, starts working again, days or weeks or months later. Despite no change to the computer or the passwords. The support does respond and they do try. I've been through them multiple times and they always ask me to do a bunch of things, try this...clear that...reinstall...This generally doesn't work and then they want me to provide a list of info which in itself is time consuming for something that should just work.Even when we can access the platform itself, we have also had vaults which disappear randomly and then re-appear again. The effect this has on our business is that to varying degrees, the staff end up employing work arounds which may compromise security. Additionally, we can't respond to customer queriers efficiently which increases the costs of providing our service and in some cases we are unable to calculate the charges we should be passing on to our customers because we can't access the platforms we need to obtain that data. The system seems so fragile, that we then end up petrified that if we do anything it will completely delete the vaults and completely remove the credentials we have stored in it, causing a major administrative issue. The net effect of this is that you end up stuck paying the bills for a service which doesn't work properly. If you think I'm the only one having these issues, check their community board. Let's just say that it doesn't appear to be an isolated incident. The warning here is that using this service poses a significant operational risk to your business. I have no reason to believe that there is any reason for concern with respect to the security of the data...In fact it's so secure, not even we can access it...(insert angry face emoji)As mentioned, our experience is clearly not an isolated event and we have been experiencing these challenges for close to two years. This indicates that Bitwarden have had time to fix it and have either chosen not to or been incapable of fixing it (perhaps their zero knowledge encryption makes it difficult). Either way, as a customer, I don't really care. I pay and I want it to work....And it only does that sometimes...If was an investor in this business, I would determine whether this was the CEO underinvesting in the tech despite the requests of the tech team in order to spike profits (and I would request that the board remove them) Or if I have had my CTO not responding to this issue in a timely manner, I would fire the CTO as the presence of these bugs fundamentally undermines the reason Bitwarden's customers pay for the service and they only retain that customer due to the fear of losing the data and the difficulty in accessing it to migrate it to another service. As a paying customer I feel like a mug because 2 years or so later I'm still paying for a half developed, half working solution.
Review of backblaze
I had a crash and had to restore my OS. I hoped to restore files from Backblaze, but the restore process is tedious, like trying to fill a jug with an eyedropper by selecting individual files, etc. OR they will charge you $99 for a USB drive containing all your data. Why can't I just download my whole database at once?

Review of Shopify
If you are undecided about whether to launch a Shopify site, DON'T DO IT.It is so expensive and once you are tied in it is very difficult to change. I have a Shopify Plus account which costs in the region of USD $3000 per month with all the added apps. Recently their 2-factor authentication stopped working, I literally just stopped receiving SMS's from them. Their support is so slow, even for Shopify Plus customers, and they are treating me as though I have done something to prevent the login from working. The hoops I have to jump through now to remove 2factor authentication are unbelievable. I am now in a position where I have not been able to log into my own store for 2 days and I am still waiting for support to reset my account. Shopify has become too big to offer efficient customer support, they are in an arrogant position where they know that it is super difficult to change to another provider, so they are unapologetic in their poor service. We will move to WooCommerce but it is going to take a lot of work and admin to do. If this post helps a handful of online retailers avoid the mistake of choosing Shopify then it has served its purpose.Abundance of success to you !!

At one time I had a high opinion about IHG rewards. After 20+ years as a member I managed to accumulate 480K points I planed to use in retirement. Unfortunately IHG had other ideas. Without any notice ALL my points were expired and I was left with 0. After contacting IHG rewards customer service (Josh and Supervisor Via) I was told too bad so sad, your point s are gone. I was directed to their legalese document to confirm the expiration. Funny as no where on their website FAQ's is there a mention of points expiration. I verified that all my other loyalty programs do mention point/miles expiration clearly in theirs. IHG Rewards solution was to offer me 15K points as a feel good gesture. Well as you may know that # of points does not even get a free night at their lowest level property. I would offer my experience to those still accumulating points with IHG Rewards to take notice and perhaps switch to another brand. My suggestion would be Hilton, who even if I die my heirs can redeem my EARNED rewards.

Review of google
Absolutely horrific service.Suspended profile for 'breaching guidelines' - I've read over the guidelines about 10 times and I can definitely say I comply. After multiple attempts at fixing the problem they are now completely ignoring all other attempts to contact them.Shame on google for allowing this truly abysmal team to hold the 'google' name.
Review of amazon
The new revision of the app is such a mess, I've deleted it.Amazon sort your app out.Whoever decided that the shortest of presses while scrolling brings up a products details, needs their vitals checking Did it not occur that people may speed scroll and use that action to stop one they've found their 'thing'?There are other issues, but this is the most fundamental c0ck-up yet.Binned it, as of today, so all of that 'casual shopping' won't happen.

Awful experience with this company. They took over Weebly I’m told. Now can get into my Weebly account as just logs me into Square. Whatever that is??? Help chat is useless. Just keep loosing the thread. No ownership of the problem. Whatever SQUARE do I would avoid.

By accident I dropped my recently bought hdd 2tb. It was not accessible anymore and I was very worried because all my data was on it. I had the possibility to send in the disc for data recovery and next to that they sent me a new hdd as well. Even 4tb (double of what I purchased). It took some time, but they were able to recover everything. I am so happy with all there service! Even while it was my own mistake. Excellent way of customer service.

Review of nissanusa
Bought a new 2018 Frontier and with less than 10000 miles the paint started chipping off. The original dealership did not do anything when I pointed it out. I had stopped at another dealership closer to home for warranty work(a leaking rear seal at a little over 30000 miles), pointed out the paint chipping and was then told of a paint test. Of course Nissan wrote off as rock chips. Not sure how you get rock chips on the sides and back. More especially when Nissans own paint test pulled paint off! Will NEVER buy again or recommend Nissan!
