My wife and I stayed at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Metairie, Louisiana. Upon checking in we were met by a supervisor (Lance) with a nasty attitude. He was I’ll mannered with our questions about animal friendly rooms and our asking for a room that was not animal friendly. All the rooms were animal friendly we were told. Ok so we were informed. We were also greeted with a nasty attitude with our question about mask requirements. We were informed that the mask requirements were recently lifted. We were told that we would have to request a room cleaning because of Covid rules. Ok but again not informed pleasantly. For 2 days we requested the room be cleaned and it was never done despite our checking and being told we were on the list. After this went on for two days I got annoyed and raised my voice mildly. Instead of this supervisor/front desk person handling my annoyance in a professional and calm manner, he threatened me with calling the police and removing us from the hotel. I had not used any foul language nor threatened him in any way. Instead I was greeted by a typical bullying approach. I was then called by a Hilton rep who was patronizing and condescending and tried to make excuses for the behavior of their supervisor. Not once did I receive an apology about the lack of the room being cleaned or the horrible treatment I received. When I said that we did not feel welcome and would seek to find a room in another hotel, which we did, she hung up on me. I am 74 years old and have traveled worldwide for years. I have never been treated so poorly in any hotel in my life. Needless to say, I will never stay in a Hilton or related property in the future. If I could give this place and company an F minus, I would. I would also recommend anyone considering this hotel or another Hilton property think long and hard and find someplace else.

The overall experience with GOG is nothing but great, and I have just one thing to say to our GOG team, yes, you people are preserving good old games for old players like me, unlike some other gamers, I also use GOG as a library for games, SO, I have one problem, that is after I purchased one game (a normal or general set), I hope GOG can also provide certain discount for collectable edition of this game, or DLC without original game for collectors, so I can buy, say music, art books, and other things, without paying extra for what I already have. I just want to finish a complete collection, no more no less, and I do hope this needs is shared by many other gamers, and GOG team can help to achieve this goal, so NEXT time when I'm checking GOG games by clicking hide already owned box, I can find less items that I already owned but yet not owned completely. :)

I still haven't tested out all the features and I am sure I am doing something wrong as it tends to take a bit of time for my colleagues to get acquinted with it. Bought a printer and they increased the prices of cartridges which were already expensive. I bought some cheaper cartridges so they blocked my printer remotely and sent a nasty email. I find this disgusting! If I don't buy babyliss hair products will they block my curler?? No!! It's appalling. I'm selling my printer and getting an Epson. Cheaper cartridges too!

opera is better than chrome. i tried to play online games on it, and chrome took away like 8GB Ram on my computer and opera only took away 4! im a serious gamer and i have lots of background programs running (e.g. streaming and games) and if you use opera gx you could limit the resource opera gx can use. it claims itself as a "gaming browser" but now thanks to opera gx i could limit it's ram usage.

Currently i'm using Lenovo G41-35 for my working related activities. I bought this laptop in early 2017. It run perfectly until the early of this year. I'm sure it just the matter of my online activities that make my laptop run slower than usual. In general, i thank Lenovo for making a reliable device that is not overpriced. Love it, but it's time for me to choose another one from Lenovo.

Company moved to hubspot over a year ago and it has reduced productivity dramatically.I spend most of my time un-associating companies and contacts from tickets and emails because of all the confusion these "associations" have caused.One email might have five or more companies and contacts associated to it and you need to dig through a number of threads just to find out the correct company because the sender is using a personal email account.THEN because each thread creates it's own email entry in the ticket, you have to go into each entry to un-tick each erroneous association (and often associate it with the correct company and/or contact)That's just the tip of the iceberg of what is wrong with this application.

Bought a G15 5510. Three weeks after 12 month warranty ran out it crashed randomly while using. Black screen, unresponsive. Out of warranty so they wont help without paying for expensive assistance plans/renewimg warranty. I had a toshiba laptop for 6years before it failed on me. And a lenovo laptop for 4 years which went into storage as i wanted something faster (it never failed though). Seems an unlikely coincidence with the Dell laptop failing to unresponsive 3 weeks after warranty, and most likely disgusting business practice. I will never buy a product from them again.

I accidentally supported a petition, I requested that my name be removed because I wasn't feeling well at the time and didn't fully understand what I was supporting. I reached out to change.org and the request and solution of my name being removed occurred within 24 hours. I am so impressed with change.org!!!

1Password does not have a robot trying to understand your needs: it has instead a friendly and kind human staff ready to solve your problems. Very short time for answer/reply to your queries.. Not so common these days!The problems I've had (incorrect registration, made with 1Password.com instead of .eu) was managed and explained step-by-step by support team.I will test the new software now, at least for one year subscription.. but as I am a 1Password v.6 user since several years, I already know it's the best password manager in the market

After trying to solve my problem with the Chatbot, I clicked on Help and was connected to a live customer service rep, Sharon. She asked all the right questions and agreed to email me detailed instructions on how to remove and restore Dashlane to one of my devices, speculating that I might have a problem with the extension.My instructions arrived via email very quickly, and she paid attention to my request for simple, non-jargon directions. I followed them and my Dashlane is back!Kudos to Sharon for her patience and great writing skills!
