G15 5510 failed 3 weeks after 12month warranty ended, no customer service without expensive charge

Bought a G15 5510. Three weeks after 12 month warranty ran out it crashed randomly while using. Black screen, unresponsive. Out of warranty so they wont help without paying for expensive assistance plans/renewimg warranty. I had a toshiba laptop for 6years before it failed on me. And a lenovo laptop for 4 years which went into storage as i wanted something faster (it never failed though). Seems an unlikely coincidence with the Dell laptop failing to unresponsive 3 weeks after warranty, and most likely disgusting business practice. I will never buy a product from them again.
