After trying to solve my problem with the Chatbot, I clicked on Help and was connected to a live customer service rep, Sharon. She asked all the right questions and agreed to email me detailed instructions on how to remove and restore Dashlane to one of my devices, speculating that I might have a problem with the extension.My instructions arrived via email very quickly, and she paid attention to my request for simple, non-jargon directions. I followed them and my Dashlane is back!Kudos to Sharon for her patience and great writing skills!
