I use Flipsnack to keep all my digital catalogs in one place and it's by far the best catalog tool out there. And I've tried many. In terms of price, services and customer service, they get 5* from me. Really easy and intuitive platform. Would definitely recommend.

I submitted a warranty claim on 11/21/24 for a replacement phone. The phone was shipped and lost during shipping. I called Asurion again on 11/26/24 to check on the status of the shipment. They told me it was lost and shipped a replacement. I called back again on 12/3/24 to check on the status of my replacement. Asurion told me once again that the shipment was lost during shipping. I finally spoke with a Supervisor who finally got me my replacement device. However, I learned that I had been charged a $250 deductible on each of the previous replacement shipments. The Supervisor advised me that I would only be charged the one original deductible and the other two deductibles would be credited to my account. I get my Nov-Dec bill and it turns out I was still charged the other deductibles. I call Asurion and they say I have to call AT&T for the refund on the refunds. I call AT&T and they say I have to call Asurion. This back-and-forth has been going on since 12/3/24. I called Asurion and AT&T on 1/8/25 and they said they would issue a refund. It should only take 7 to 10 business days. I call Asurion on 1/19/25 to check on the status of my refund and they state that AT&T can only issue the refund. I call AT&T on 1/19//25 and they state I can only get my refund from Asurion. I tried to speak with a Supervisor for both companies and each one disconnected the calls. I was billed over $700 on my bill. AT&T refused to transfer my call to a Supervisor on multiple attempts on 1/19/25. First attempt I held for 20 minutes and was disconnected. Second attempt, I was holding for 40 minutes before being disconnected. On the third attempt, the agent refused to transfer the call to a Supervisor and hung up on me! Do NOT get a warranty from Asurion and /AT&T.

I recently rang Philip's customer care looking for help to find a spare part for my husbands electric shaver. When the part couldn't be replaced they went above and beyond to help, and in the end gave me a full refund for the product. I didnt expect this at all as there was no fault with their product. Christina kept constant contact with me and I didnt have to chase up on anything. I will definitely be purchasing Philip's products again, on top of the fact that my husband said the electric shaver was one of the best he ever used!

I've been trying to upload a large number of photos from my phone to Dropbox in batches of 12. Sometimes it goes fine, sometimes only 9-11 of them upload, sometimes one or two random other ones from the same folder get transferred as well. And now I can't open the Dropbox folder at all. I'm baffled that such basic functionality is so faulty and unreliable, I'd be better off just buying an external hard drive for backup.

I have been using Dropbox since 2010 and have always been happy to use them, however, I am tired of their opinion that you should have at least 2 tb (trying to push people into even more) and what really annoys me is their lack of customer service, I filled out their support form online last week and was promised they would contact me within 24 hours or so. - haven't heard from them in any way 8 days later and you can't even be allowed to send them a normal email (apparently their online system doesn't work), so am considering finding another solution, just really sad they don't understand something as simple as customer care (I'm afraid they rely a little too much on technology), and I can read here that it will cost them a lot over time, and that's how it often goes when success goes to companies' headsI would really just like, for a time, to be allowed to pay per month for a time - instead of once a year, but I guess I have to think / find a new system

I have had a Wordpress site for over 5 years and use it as my personal brand, consultancy and blog. The site was taken over by a brand in another country - no help from Wordpress. Have had to delete and cancel everything on Wordpress and have lost 5 years of blogs and my personal site. Very disappointed and no support from them to get this fixed.

There are so many companies and organisations that only use Facebook to provide information but Facebook will only allow yo to access this information if you have a Facebook account. But opening a Facebook account opens your account to a deluge of unasked for and some times outrageous invitations to join all sorts of groups. Yes Facebook allows you to block them but you would spend hours trawling through this garbage. I dont want online friends or invitations from anybody I just want to access informations of my choosing. But Facebook wont allow that. It is a total abuse of power in the control they have over information flow.
