I love the protection part but the possibility of getting a loan to pay off my debt is just not there yet you continue to give me hope that I can make it happen and I end up losing points and getting denied. The pre approvals are not truthful and if I keep trying them out my score will be garbage.

I'll just relate an effort to buy a am/fm battery/plug-in radio. Nothing fancy here...basic portable radio...sku rf2400. Radio arrived, new batteries installed to exact specs, and battery power didn't work. Plug in fine. Returned the radio and second one arrived. Wife and adult son re-checked my, by the directions, battery install...no battery power to radio. Plug in fine. Panasonic response essentially, Oh well, take it to a Panasonic dealer! Never intended this a "life quest"..just wanted a portable radio.

If I could vote less than one star I would've.Not only is Discord support AI generated 95% of the time but they close my tickets almost instantly if it's not "important enough" despite sending in tickets regarding my account being hacked, Discord support practically blamed ME for getting my account hacked despite having 2FA in and blocking accounts like they suggested yet I still ended up getting my account not only hacked but disabled because I couldn't confirm it was me.Discord is also shoving updates down our throats and refusing to listen when we tell them this isn't what we wanted. We could ask if they could fix the bugs within the mobile apps and they'd just give us a "sorry we can't do that, here's free Nitro to keep you chained to us!!" instead.

The quality of items is dropping fast. You would think cork-board or basal wood, or anything even remotely like wood would be used for furniture. That is a cost worth purchasing. No. You get coated paper attempting to hold up shoes, or store items in, clothing. Dressers are now fabric and cheap material. Anything that is a shelf. You want a real item made of wood? Its gonna cost you $$$. Absolutely ridiculous. Expect to send your items back, A LOT.

On the 2 June I wrote "I am in Cape Town and the local postal service is unreliable but have a global shipper in USA and UK where you can send these items if available". After 3 weeks of non-response I wrote a review here and got a reply soon after "we had some issues that disrupted our normal service and we apologise for the inconvenience caused." They then LOCKED an offer in to shipping to South Africa and since it's been a month it is now too late to ship to UK or USA. I indicated this before it was too late for the USA but (drumroll) they didn't answer. So I don't believe their excuse, they've just become a carelessly incompetent company from which you cannot expect much in the way of support.

Absolutely horrible company and customer service. I placed an order for a 2 tb internal drive for my PS5. They shipped it through FedEx. FedEx didn't deliver the package. I tried to file a claim for a lost package through FedEx and they said that the shipper (Seagate) has to file a claim. Several attempts to explain the situation through the online chat which feels like A.I. kept trying to tell me that they cannot file a claim. They had no relationship with FedEx, that FedEx must file a claim. FedEx told me again, that online the sender can file a claim and if they refuse to do so I am SOL. Several more attempts to have Seagate file a claim and still nothing. I tried to reach them through tech support and they flat out just hung up on me. Just answered the phone and hung up. The overall all experience is terrible. Customer service is really bad. Not a good thing to say about this company.

Adding new seats is easy, but be CAREFUL!!! Once you add, they make it IMPOSSIBLE to reduce. They say its for "security." But really, they just want to keep billing you for seats you are not using.They provide a number to call if you need to reduce seats. You will get a very unhelpful, scripted response directing you to billing. If you call billing, they say you need to email "cancel@box" This is a blackhole that will get no response. From there, you can try submitting a support ticket which also will get no response.Any new seats you add are impossible to remove! This should be illegal, honestly it might be. Anyone file a class action yet?
